But after the first visit to Forti's office, I decided that I would order here: the atmosphere was very pleasant, I didn't feel pressured that they wanted to give me something or get rid of me as quickly as possible. If you want to order furniture, it is better to think about whether it is worth ordering it in this particular salon. I can only describe the whole experience as a huge disappointment and endless stress from designing to signing the acceptance certificate.
Let's skip the moment of a short consultation with the manager and move on to work with the designer. Alexey Kislov, who, according to him, is a designer, an installer in the past, is ready to suggest the best design solution, if not for one "but", we came with a ready-made project idea, facades, fittings. The coating and the location of the boxes were all chosen by us. Don't be surprised if you are diligently offered a tabletop and plastic, it pays the largest margin. We discussed everything and took time to think about it.
The contract was signed, the designer went to take measurements, we chose the color of the film for the facades. At the next meeting, we selected milling from the suggested catalog. Unfortunately, it turned out that Alexey had not written down the color we had chosen anywhere, and decided to just randomly suggest another one without telling us about it. Fortunately, the husband remembered the name of the previously chosen one. The designer also did not record the milling, inserted another one on the project, and said he would fix it later.
We receive our project, consult with the designer on how to make pipes for the equipment (all the equipment and its location were shown in advance), we make pipes. When calculating, it turns out that the equipment will not stand up, we redo the pipes.
We're changing the project a bit. we make the refrigerator built-in, Alexey does not know how to make the bottom in the module, we have to come up with it ourselves, and take advice on the project from an outside designer.
We sign a manufacturing contract, and when we sign it, we discover that these are not the facades that we chose.
The project was handed over to the technologist, not a single edit was taken into account, the whole project was changed, we had to double-check every detail, because the designer himself does not do this, just throws it off to us and says "check it". There was also a big problem with the gaps, where Alexey was apparently too lazy to draw our walls by measurements and make a more accurate calculation. We were assured that they could not affect large gaps up to 12mm in any way. After some pressure and our miscalculations, Alexey nevertheless recalculated, the issue was resolved.
We almost met the production deadlines. The main plus and the only positive emotions were from the work of Ivan the installer, I hope he will be rewarded, because during the installation he had to take it out for Alexey's mistakes.
What did you find out during the installation? The plinth in the facade film, which we discussed several times with the designer, was made with a gap, and in a different configuration from the one discussed, Alexey himself could not determine the difference in his own drawings. By the way, in the cabin, along with the milling cutter and the film, we also chose the backlight, and surprisingly, Alexey did not notice it either, and we were given warm light instead of cold. All facades have a milling defect in the same place. Also, for some reason, Alexey made different depths of the base under the kitchen drawers on the project.
The salon's comment on these points can be summarized as "we are very sorry."
