It was necessary to take an urgent photo for documents. When I came in, I greeted the employee by asking about an urgent photo, to which he did not react in any way. I saw that he was talking on the phone and decided to wait. For several minutes, he continued to talk, despite the fact that he could just break away and send it to the photographer or name the price. During this time, I managed to look through the price list on the wall. A second employee came up to the checkout and also did not pay attention to me in any way, although I was standing at the counter and it was obvious that I was in a hurry. I asked him the cost of the photo. He named the price at 10 rubles, although I already managed to see that 8 was indicated in the price list. I clarified why there was such a discrepancy, to which he said that I could check with the director, who would come up now and began to do his business on a laptop. Apparently, another price is also indicated here.
I did not clarify anything and left, fortunately there is a similar studio a hundred meters
away.
I do not recommend contacting this office.

I have never seen worse photo services. Non-professionals work, they can't take pictures, they can't process photos (they didn't need a printout, so I don't know, maybe they can't do that either). Regarding photo processing, so that you understand the full extent of their missing knowledge in this topic, a white background, if you have hair, they cannot do it, because they stupidly do not know how)) THEY DON'T GIVE YOU A CHECK, they'RE rude.
