I asked her where I could dump the files via tg, showing that it highlights two accounts. She didn't even look at it properly, but said that anyone would do. I sent it to the first one. There is also a claim that nothing came to her and that, it turns out, it should have been sent to another one. Okay. Then I started to get indignant that all the pictures are in different sizes, they say, solve the problem yourself. But in the end, when my boyfriend joined the conversation, it turned out that with almost a second click she was able to easily bring all the photos to the same size, hallelujah. Without any words in the literal sense, she almost threw us a file with pictures, naming the cost. And in the same way, without "thank you / please / goodbye", she continued to go about her business with a dissatisfied face. They gave 24p for 10 leaves. For such a price, I would like to see a friendly attitude towards customers, and not a disregard, especially when we came with positivity and kindness. The sediment remained concrete. The mood was ruined for the whole evening. I hope that appropriate measures will be taken.
It's not the first time I've taken a photo for documents. Today there was a very nice girl, I don't know which one they write about, and which one everyone doesn't like, everything suits me. Especially the result of the work. The photo is back on top. Thank you.

The photo for the green card that I took does not meet the requirements. I wrote about the need to redo the photo or return the money, but they replied that neither one nor the other would be done. Obviously, you should not apply here for a photo for a green card, keep this in mind.

I took photos of documents in a green uniform. When they gave me the finished photos, the face was green and the uniform was filled in with purple in some places. When I asked why my face was green, they told me that I was wearing green, so it glows. And this is the height of inadequacy. If you allow yourself to give away such photos, then why do you position yourself as a "photo center" at all? The photo center is obliged to provide good photos, and if not, then warn immediately that you will not be able to do normal ones.
When I said that I would not use such photos for documents, the girl simply began to cover up the green places on her face with a regular BRUSH in Photoshop!
