I think even one star is too much for them. It was necessary to print out a color document, so they put their stamp "copy" on all printouts, without understanding and not understanding whether it is needed there or not. They are beginning to prove that they are guided by the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, although that article of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus does not relate to the document at all. You should not waste your time and money using their services.
