I applied for a passport photo, of course, when I was already late, at the last moment. They don't do it fast-they said to wait about 20-30 minutes, in my opinion this is not an urgent photo. The second point is that this is not a calibrated technique. The camera-monitor-printer bundle does not work exactly. I am light brown, in the photo I turned out to be a redhead with a reddish face. It reads differently on the computer. In general, there was no time to redo, now I will be like this. I will apply there only as a last resort. Please calibrate the equipment if you charge for it. Not everyone may like their hair color and skin tone.

I found a closer photo center where they print in large formats, decided to come- and it seems in vain... The staff is gloomy, unfriendly, slow.. It's just awful. Printing on A1 format took 20 minutes, while another client was served instead of me, and I just stood there for that time. We printed out a drawing from a fool, not the whole frame, a piece of unnecessary paper on the side, and even traces of paint in the most visible place!!! She asked, "Will you take it?"I asked to redo it, receiving a negative and refusal in response. Don't set foot there anymore!

The staff is not friendly at all, communicating with people on the lower level! It's a photo studio, and there's a mirror so dirty that I was shocked. It's like I got into a Soviet-era photo salon, where they don't keep order and cleanliness. The only thing I liked was the photographer, she was friendly and suggested how best to make a pose, took a very beautiful photo from the first time for documents.

I took a passport photo. In principle, the photo turned out nothing like that, although I expected a better result, and that's not the point. I was surprised by the unfriendly atmosphere. A young girl photographer is still fine, but the woman I paid at the checkout and took the photos from was so unpleasant that there are no words! She's middle-aged, slim, blonde hair if I'm not mistaken! She talked in an unpleasant rude, insolent, unfriendly tone, although I came in cheerful, greeted and smiled, apparently she didn't care about everyone! When I took the photo, she also talked terribly with the rest of her colleagues, apparently, that the relationship there is not very good! In general, if she doesn't like people, then why work in the service industry? Once in my life I decided to take a passport photo and then I was met worse than anywhere else...

I completely agree with Olga's review.
It seems that they are working with a hangover. Their faces are frowning, they are talking through their teeth. AND so it ALWAYS IS. It seems that the concept of a CLIENT is unknown for this office.
