He messed with me for about half an hour explaining the difference between tripods)))) He suggested lamps that I didn't know about. He told me a lot of useful things. If you are going to buy something for a photo, just go to consult, you will not regret it.

I went to buy a film for the camera, I went specifically for it, when I came to the center I ran into the most disgusting man who does not know about politeness, only by his greeting it was clear that he was out of sorts, and there was a whiff of passive aggression. The prices, by the way, are not the smallest, but I wanted to update the camera so much that I was ready to buy, but the attitude and behavior of this incompetent "man" turned away all desire. 100% I will not go back there anymore 😊😊😊
From the first "hello" from the seller in the tube, I already felt a claim against myself. I clarified the availability of the product, they said that everything is there. She said that I needed delivery (since there is clearly such a function on the site). I was told with displeasure that since I am in Minsk, I can come to the store myself (probably if I order delivery, I cannot). After I insisted that I still needed the delivery, I was again told with dissatisfaction that it was carried out by a third-party delivery service, which I needed to clarify with them... They didn't specify anything about the day of delivery and the time convenient for me. The seller said they would call back. He called back a couple of minutes later and was AGAIN very unhappy when I indicated that delivery was needed not today but tomorrow. The feeling after the final confirmation of the order was terrible.
No one called back the next day. When the courier of the delivery service called me a day later, I said that I expected the goods yesterday, to which I received "well, it didn't work out there." She refused the product. I ordered it from another store.
Learn how to communicate with customers and inform them if you violate the agreed deadlines. They don't order goods from you for free.
The assortment in the store is excellent, but I was served by some inadequate man (like the owner of the store). I ask, they say, if this is exactly the tripod (they took it out of the warehouse for me; nothing is written or painted on the box), and they answered me completely dissatisfied: "Girl, do you also distrust your husband so much?... YEAH, I haven't seen this for a long time"
