very pleasant service, the girls (employees) will always tell you how to remove your hair, tilt your head, straighten your clothes. they take several photos, can re-take photos if they don't like the photos, and let them choose the best photo. they edit photos perfectly, you don't have to worry that pimples and bruises under the eyes will be visible in the photos in the documents. they serve quickly, despite the fact that they have long queues at rush hour. the price corresponds to the quality.
in general, I can say that it is always nice to go there, I can safely recommend a photo tour!

The quality of service leaves much to be desired, and the order fulfillment is disgusting! Despite the fact that the photos have already been adjusted to the size of the print, they were cropped so that it looks terrible in the frame (they cut off the arms, legs, heads, and also shifted the people in the photo from the center either down or to the side, which does not correspond to the concept of composition at all). This is not the first time that my family and I are extremely dissatisfied with the performance of the work, but because of the urgency there was no other choice. The festive mood is ruined. I won't go there anymore, and I don't advise anyone!!!

I use the services not for the first time, however, each is worse than the previous one.
About 40 minutes before closing, lamination was refused, citing the time spent.
Working in this field, I know how long this procedure takes: ≈10 minutes for 8-10 sheets + warming up the laminator for 2 minutes.
Do not forget about the disparaging views. Even with an incredible need, I won't come back anymore)
