You can start with the fact that this is the only decent hotel in Charm with the possibility of accommodation with a dog.
They respond promptly to emails and quickly arranged a transfer from/to the airport for me.
The hotel accepts Gazprom's union pay card for payment, which greatly facilitates the life of a tourist from Russia.
The room stock is different, there are slightly tired rooms.
The territory is large, well maintained, very green. The beach is small, but I had no problems with free places in November. There were free deck chairs at any time of the day.
The staff is friendly. The cuisine is not wow, but decent (I was spoiled by Moscow gastronomy)))
Summary: a good option for a week-long trip when it's a long flight to Asia, and it's already cold in Europe.

Great hotel. High level of comfort and service. Beautiful territory, equipped sandy beach. Delicious breakfasts, dinner at the restaurant on the menu. There is a diving school nearby.

Many people like this hotel. Agree. But! There is very little space for walking, there are no elevators to the levels, places on the beach need to be occupied early in the morning. And the rooms, and the service, and the restaurants are five plus. And the territory is compressed. Very. I keep comparing it with the Hyatt Hotel, but, unfortunately, it was transferred to the locals and an all-inclusive system was made.. Nevertheless, we still choose it and enjoy the beautiful territory. In fact, it is a garden city. You have to pay for staying in villas or rooms at the Regency Club, but it's worth it - a private beach, your own restaurant for breakfast and lunch. Yes, the audience of the main hotel has changed, but everything is fine here. The reef, most importantly, is beautiful.

The best hotel in Charm, yes it is more expensive than the rest, but the food on the buffet and Ala carte is good, the service is on the level. The beach is great, the reef is great. In any case, it will be cheaper than the Maldives, but it will not be inferior to them for the same autumn holidays)

Drive the main intoxicant into the neck.The price / quality did not match with the arrival of obese crowds of tourists from Russia.While the hotel was half empty, everything was at the proper level (this was when we had to make our way through other countries) and the main contingent was from Europe, and of course our smaller boats came across (from the word Little Russians).

To take a sunbed, people come at 7 a.m. and put a towel)) In general, now this hotel has become an ordinary Egyptian hotel and carries neither the mood nor the quality of FourSeasons.
