Incredible. The garden is lovely; the rooms are cosy and the beds are incredible, perfect mattresses and the softest pillows; bathroom well-appointed. Hospitality is five-star, warm without being intrusive. But the restaurant is truly outstanding, modern take on traditional Anatolian cuisine, it has to be the best restaurant in town.
Excellent hotel in the very center of Istanbul. Beautiful interior, spacious rooms with wonderful views of the courtyard with garden. The service is excellent. Fresh fruits are brought to the room every day. At the bottom of the hotel, you can see local ceramics and oriental-style copper products in the showcases. The breakfasts are very tasty: everything is fresh and it is impossible to refuse Turkish sweets! The Blue Mosque, St. Sophia, the Museum of Oriental Art, and Sultan Suleiman's Palace are all within a five-minute walk :) and a 15-minute leisurely walk away is the Oriental Bazaar. We had Turkish wine at dinner and it tasted great. I really liked the hotel!
I think reviews of hotels with a price tag that is above average are rarely read by those who can afford it, I am writing a review for those who want to pamper themselves one day and visit a fairy tale. We stayed at the end of November and the hotel was greeted with a New Year's Eve atmosphere, there is a huge Christmas tree on the territory with a view of the Bosphorus, the hall is decorated with a mock-up of the hotel and fabulous decoration. Thanks to the warm weather, the flower beds were perfectly combined with New Year's garlands on the trees. The room is spacious, the compliment of tangerines and baklava, hygiene products were very pleasant. The room has a bathtub and a shower cabin, blankets and three pillows - they slept like babies. Room cleaning twice, several sets of towels, beautiful slippers. A huge spa area, hammam, sauna, clean and beautifully decorated, such beautiful stoles impressed, huge towels - everything is snow-white, cleanliness is perfect. We had breakfast in the restaurant-everything was delicious, I ate an omelet, red fish, baked potatoes, vegetables, fruits, a large selection of pastries and cakes, delicious coffee, honey in honeycombs. The waiters are impeccably dressed and respond to the slightest request. And in general, the staff is friendly, if you do not know the language, they can always help you. From the Window of the room there is a panorama of the Bosphorus - you can sit on cushions and watch how chaotically sea vessels move along the bay. The location of the hotel is ideal, near the port you can swim along the Bosphorus, walk to the nearest bridge in the evening, feel the atmosphere of the old city in the streets of Istanbul. Thank you for your hospitality.
A gourmet restaurant in a hotel with a high international reputation, in the center of the old town with a history of several thousand years. It was the only reason to look into this place.) Everything is very tasty, expensive in Istanbul, but worth it! Well done! A must-visit!

A great location, for which you can forgive a lot. But everything is simple here, you want 5 stars..... Pay the money! You're definitely not here!
A clean bed, a kettle in the room and really hot water in the shower - what else does a traveler need.
In short, if you came to see Istanbul, and not to waste money, you are here!
