At first glance, I wanted to turn around and leave, but I thought maybe I was wrong (you can't judge a person how he looks).. When the procedure began, I thought it couldn't be, in the end everything would be fine.. I was so wrong.. I should have listened to myself and left right away... So crooked from behind, so uncommunicative. How can you start a haircut without asking normally what a person wants????
I wonder why the masters change so often, because I never got to the same one.

I won't even recommend Master Elizabeth to my enemies. There are no complaints about the result, but her attitude is just terrible. Okay, I was late with the last client and I waited 15 minutes, so seeing this, she left for 10 more minutes to smoke. She worked without gloves, stank of cigarettes, did her manicure roughly and quickly, squeezed her fingers hard and in general it hurt from her handling of brushes. All the time I was getting a manicure, I was distracted by my phone every 4 minutes, and I just sat and waited. In the end, it was announced to the administrator that the nails were strengthened, although they did not even smell, even the old coating was removed anyway

At the second service, I immediately discussed the "budget ceiling" with the master and everything went well. I recommend this place for total coloring, everything will be picked up carefully and the hair will not be burned (the hairdresser is very attentive). I have questions about the haircut, but my case is difficult, thick hair.

It was scary.....
For the first time I felt such horror at a manicure... Upon arrival at this salon, I was met by master Ekaterina and the administrator, both of whom were well disposed to themselves. With a wonderful mood, I sat down at the master's table, but from the first minutes my good mood disappeared, because the master began removing the old coating with a milling cutter almost at full power!!!! At first it was very hot, then it hurt, then it hurt a lot.... I drew the master's attention to this, but she just apologized and continued in the same spirit, clinging to everything with a milling cutter.... And the detachment, and the skin... Every time I said that I was in pain, but everything continued in the same spirit. As a result, a whole bunch of cuts and unbearable pain of the nail plate.
It didn't end there. After the material was removed and the mold was made, it was time to process the cuticle. And that's when I really got scared. I was immediately injured in 3 places... After processing all the nails with one cutter, the master began to process the already treated cuticle with a second cutter, ignoring the places that she damaged. Then I felt sick, hysterical, and the manicure was over. I pointed out to the master her mistakes, to which I received the answer: "If you told me that you were in pain, then I would stop".... Although I said it + 100500 times.
The situation with the administrator was resolved, but I could not leave a review and not protect the pens of potential customers.

To which the administrator wrote down, and even offered an additional one.services, although I was surprised, considering the 3 hours of time before closing.Having come to the service (and I got there for more than an hour), the girl master wanted to refuse, arguing that she would not even have time to root in 3 hours. After the persuasion of the administrator and my conviction that I was ready to sit as long as necessary, I was asked to color the root of the top zone (this is faster). As a result, the master did all the services before 22.20, but the cost turned out to be 255 rubles (coloring the root only of the top zone, tinting and haircut in 7 minutes), which does not correspond at all to the price when recording from the site. In general, there are no special complaints about the master, the work is on a solid 4, but questions to administrators and prices on the result from the ceiling. I definitely do not recommend traveling from afar.

Before that, I chose a salon for a very long time, read reviews and watched the works that were positive, because I needed to get a wedding manicure! As a result of the procedure, I was very dissatisfied, because the master did not perform the work efficiently, the extended nails fell off 2 times during coloring. At the moment, the nails are in terrible condition, a ton of unnecessary gel polish presses on the nail plate, which has never happened before. You can see it from the photo. I was unhappy with the results, I had to go to another salon and redo everything. I concluded that incompetent craftsmen work in the salon who cannot figure out how to do their job efficiently.

BUT after 1 day, there were detachments on my hands, I call the salon, they find a place for me to completely redo the nails on one hand. The issue is closed here, there are no complaints. After a few days, there were detachments on all the nails, I did not call, firstly, I value my time too much to go for a manicure every three days, and secondly, it is not a fact that I would have been accepted...
