For the first time I felt such horror at a manicure... Upon arrival at this salon, I was met by master Ekaterina and the administrator, both of whom were well disposed to themselves. With a wonderful mood, I sat down at the master's table, but from the first minutes my good mood disappeared, because the master began removing the old coating with a milling cutter almost at full power!!!! At first it was very hot, then it hurt, then it hurt a lot.... I drew the master's attention to this, but she just apologized and continued in the same spirit, clinging to everything with a milling cutter.... And the detachment, and the skin... Every time I said that I was in pain, but everything continued in the same spirit. As a result, a whole bunch of cuts and unbearable pain of the nail plate.
It didn't end there. After the material was removed and the mold was made, it was time to process the cuticle. And that's when I really got scared. I was immediately injured in 3 places... After processing all the nails with one cutter, the master began to process the already treated cuticle with a second cutter, ignoring the places that she damaged. Then I felt sick, hysterical, and the manicure was over. I pointed out to the master her mistakes, to which I received the answer: "If you told me that you were in pain, then I would stop".... Although I said it + 100500 times.
The situation with the administrator was resolved, but I could not leave a review and not protect the pens of potential customers.

In general, there are no special complaints about the master, the work is on a solid 4, but questions to administrators and prices on the result from the ceiling. I definitely do not recommend traveling from afar.

At the moment, the nails are in terrible condition, a ton of unnecessary gel polish presses on the nail plate, which has never happened before. You can see it from the photo. I was unhappy with the results, I had to go to another salon and redo everything. I concluded that incompetent craftsmen work in the salon who cannot figure out how to do their job efficiently.
