Of course, this institution has demonstrated the highest level of service. In comparison with Moscow restaurants, it even surpasses them in terms of the quality of products and service. We were in the restaurant recently, everything is very tasty, but the waiters are unrealistically intrusive, even before ordering the dishes, they came up 10 times. When we ask why, they say the management forces us to pay as much attention to the guests as possible, alas. In general, we will most likely choose another place to communicate with friends, and from here we will order delivery.

The establishment is TOP! Insanely delicious cuisine. The staff speaks excellent Russian. The cocktails are very tasty, the beer is great! I definitely recommend you to visit, but keep in mind that the format of the institution is without Armenian flavor. A great place for company!

We were here a couple of weeks ago with a big company, great cuisine and fast service, and we were also very pleased that there are vegetarian positions. But everything was ruined by very loud music, it was impossible to communicate, you couldn't hear the person sitting next door. They asked to adjust the sound, they said they couldn't, the policy of the institution. Damn, well, this is an understandable policy in fast food, but here it seems that the prices and quality of the dishes are not fast food at all))

I loved this chain in Moscow for consistently delicious and not very expensive food, especially for branded pork ribs that just fall off the bone.
I have already visited the local Frank in Yerevan twice. Once I was in the afternoon and once — everything is fine, fast and correct. The second time we came in the evening on a weekday, the three of us. The hall was almost full. And in this case, the staff frankly does not cope. One of us couldn't get a bottle of beer for 30 minutes. And then for another 20 minutes he patiently waited for the ordered assorted ribs, but it turned out that the waiter did not hear this part of the order. Just like I haven't heard about a bottle of water.
By the way, there are still no complaints about the quality of food. The ribs are gorgeous. I tried a new "frankburger" with rib meat. Gorgeous! Buns, lettuce, a little cucumber and lots and lots of soft juicy meat. However, I asked you to make it sharper. In response, I was offered jalapenos (I don't really like them when there is a choice) or some kind of "creepy hot sauce "Ogonek". As a result, it was at the level of barely sharp KFC wings.

It's a good place, we weren't in prime time, so we didn't find any noise, we prepared everything quickly, there are no complaints.
By food:
-I didn't like the vaunted pork ribs at all, the meat is just bland-1/5
- Beef on the bone with potatoes is quite good
-Salad with crispy eggplant and pink tomatoes-tower cannon 5/5
-Cheese soup with bacon-well, 3+/5 will do
- Morse is also top)
Regarding prices, of course, as in the whole of Yerevan, there is an overprice. It's cheaper in Moscow, but, as they say, fish and crayfish are good.
Due to the pleasant location and fast service-4/5, it would be nice to put 3+, but okay.

One of my favorite places. I really like flank steak with pepper sauce. Pepper sauce - fuck off! I also like potatoes, shrimp dishes. The prices of the norms, relatively average in Yerevan, are completely satisfied. It was the third time, the dishes were brought within 5-15 minutes maximum. I also like that you can contact any waiter and your request will be fulfilled, and they will not start rushing around the hall and looking specifically for your waiter. I recommend it!

I liked everything very much! The food, the interior, the service, everything is on top.
We ordered big size ribs (with jack daniel's sauce), a cheeseburger with marbled beef, French fries with sauce and 3 beers. The score turned out to be 19k (I think it's not expensive for such a delicious meal). The prices are average, the menu is varied, there is a lot to choose from.
The ribs are very tasty! They are well-fried, with a crust, but soft inside, easily lag behind the bone.
The burger is also super, so far the best I've tasted in Yerevan. The cutlet is grilled, the sauce is in moderation, the taste is very balanced.
The beer is super tasty, perfect for snacks (Ayinger).
We were in the evening, the hall was almost full, but they brought everything quickly enough, drinks in 10-15 minutes, a burger in 30 minutes and a little later ribs.
The staff is nimble, any waiter can help, pleasant, polite and attentive. In general, we got high in a good atmosphere and had a delicious meal)
