Terrible customer service: I was on 19.11.2023 with my family. You come in, no one greets you and looks at you with an appraising look and does not expect to help. I've greeted the consultants myself, and they don't even respond in response. It's dark and uncomfortable. It was my first time in this place, I will never come again. Byutimania in March is much better.
