We accidentally went into the store, liked the design of the clothes, the quality, the variety. At first glance, everything is very high quality and reliable. I bought a T-shirt with Darth Vader in the Uzbek style, I liked it very much. Well, what can I say, it's nice to wear, the material is pleasant, but the bottom of the T-shirt went in one place on the second day of socks, and I put on to go to school for the child, that is, I didn't sit anywhere, I didn't cling to anything, since I put on and went. Well, actually cutting off this thread did not solve the problem, it is parting at the speed of light. In general, be careful and check the seams, well, just in case you don't get lucky like me.
Update: representatives of the company responded to my comment about this situation and offered solutions. I am very pleasantly surprised, I did not expect that there could be such customer-oriented guys in Tashkent in this sector. For feedback and caring for the client, I raise the rating. Let's see how the story ends.
Update 2: The problem was solved on the same day. The courier took everything and delivered it back. I am very much surprised by the attitude towards customers and problem solving. Definitely after this, I will recommend it to everyone, well, I will become a regular customer myself. I change the review to 5 stars, but I know that the service and quality are much higher than these 5 stars.
