On October 17, I withdrew money from the office in Astana on Momyshuly St., the bank withheld 2% of the amount, referring to the fact that allegedly in early October they unilaterally changed the terms of my deposit and now they charge 2% for withdrawal! At least it's not 50! The bank unilaterally changes the terms of existing deposits and actually steals your money.
I wanted to see how it works, thinking if I start investing the entire amount here. I called the manager and he's like a robot, he doesn't know how to convey correctly, and if you ask questions, he just keeps talking about something else, you think some kind of inadequate person, in the end I just hung up on him.
