After two months of waiting for an appointment at the Spanish visa application center, I started writing and asking how the queue was progressing. I understand that the number of slots in the visa application center does not depend on the agency, but the manager has been "feeding breakfast" for two weeks about the appointment. They recorded it, but the worst was ahead.
Not only did they delay the preparation of documents on their part for a day, but they also made mistakes in literally ALL of THEM! They filled out the questionnaire incorrectly, indicated my last name, date of birth, flight routes, age on the voucher, travel dates, which caused me to extend the insurance. With grief, the documents were redone in half and sent to the post office 10 minutes before the appointment at the visa center. And I was refused to submit documents due to the fact that the agency incorrectly indicated my last name and date of birth when recording, now it remains only to wait for a new entry. What did you pay the agency for anyway? Unclear...
The Greek visa was not opened due to insufficient funds for the stay and there is no confirmation of the purpose of the trip (armor). I did everything according to the manager's instructions. The company's answer: the consulate does not check the reservation, they just sometimes put refusals, the consul was in such a mood. + the questionnaire was made incorrectly, had to be redone in the VC and sent a ticket with the wrong date for submission
