In addition, if you are so worried about the review (you are not able to accept healthy criticism), then in any case it was necessary to resolve this situation peacefully, and not from a position of force to tell the consumer to "delete the review, etc." This review has been changed because I received such a reaction in my personal messages. I did not ask for money for low-quality goods, and on the contrary, I refused to refund you. Out of the best intentions, I asked you in private messages to respond to the situation, not to break the law, and to talk to an employee about communicating with customers. As a family, we choose not to buy anything else in this store, not to touch their product, and we will also advise our friends!)
