Many thanks to the travel agency, I definitely recommend it! Special thanks to Julia's agent, an excellent specialist knows his job! We flew to Egypt to Hurghada Swiss Inn Resort 5* hotel, we really liked the hotel, despite the fact that it is not a new 5*, the service, rooms, food and the sea are decent and match their stars. Room cleaning every day, a huge amount of food, friendly staff and a warm sea (they give out a towel at sea, which is also a plus and you do not need to carry it with you), waiters and animation work on the beach. Sandy beach and clear water (photo below). Another advantage of the hotel is its location (city center), there is an opportunity to walk around the city, go shopping and enjoy the local flavor.

Good afternoon!We have just returned from a vacation in the UAE.We lived in Sharjah, at the Red Castle Hotel.We chose a hotel closer to the sea.The service, the breakfast-dinner meal, the room-everything was great!The rooms are huge, the three of us stayed together (we brought an extra bed)My daughter was comfortable.The furniture is not new, but we were satisfied with everything-a lot of bedside tables, mirrors, a large closet.The balconies are small.I need a clothesline to dry my clothes.It dried for a long time, it was very humid during this period (85%).The food is standard (we have heard both in Greece and Spain)- we had enough.Omelets,eggs,oatmeal,muesli,yogurt,fruits,sausages,every day-potatoes in different types,pasta,different vegetables,tea and coffee,milk,toast,chicken or beef (very tasty cooked)Excursions are offered for every taste and budget.The sea is very warm, the beach is a white fine sand.You can go nearby (5-7 minutes) to the wild beach, or you can take a transfer a little further, equipped.For hotel guests, admission is free, a sunbed is 10 dirhams, an umbrella is 30 dirhams.You can also negotiate in Russian at the hotel, but knowing at least the key phrases in English will greatly simplify communication.The hotel is on the outskirts.Consider this.There is not much place to walk, and sidewalks are not everywhere.We went to the center of Sharjah by taxi-1520 dirhams.You can write for a long time, because you are still overwhelmed by the emotions of rest.BUT, MOST IMPORTANTLY!We are immensely grateful to our agent Julia for her help and very attentive attitude towards us!!!It was the first time we flew with Belavia, the first time we took a tour with this agency.Now we will only contact you!We wish you grateful customers and patience!Thanks from my whole family!

Thanks to Fresh Tour travel agency and manager Ilya for understanding our request and choosing a tour to Turkey for us.We liked the rest and the Senza garden hotel in Alanya!Very beautiful views, many viewpoints and playgrounds, warm sea (29 degrees), the location and territory of the hotel, where there was always a place to go and what to do with the child (there was a lot to walk from unaccustomed, but we coped even with a 3-year-old), delicious food and friendly attitude.We lived in a room in the reception building, geographically it was the optimal location:between the sea, the pool, the restaurant, we were satisfied with the rest.
