We rested with our spouse for the first time and, after reading reviews about hotels, we did not choose anything. We decided to trust the recommendations of the Freshtour travel agency and did not lose. We have been selected a wonderful Viking Star hotel in Kemer (we recommend it to those who cannot decide on a choice)). The rest was a success, there were no problems with the flight, transfer and hotel during the rest. The next vacation is only with Freshtour.

The horror!I will not recommend a Fresh Tour 100 times to anyone. They are not responsible for the tours they offer.Tokov's situation: the plane was delayed for a day, I had to solve all the issues myself. Before departure, I made insurance for them "against non-departure" turned out to be in vain, insurance did not help, why offer it was.
The rest turned out to be less for a day, the Fresh Tour agency said it was not anyone's fault.Tourists who flew on this flight, other travel agencies offered to extend their rest for a day, I applied to Fresh Tour with this offer, but they refused.Other tourists were offered compensation for a day, Fresh Tour and refused me this.
It turned out to be a spoiled vacation
