CONVENIENT LOCATION
1.The location is excellent. Within walking distance of the metro,trams,cafes, shops, a fruit stand.All the main attractions are within walking distance of 15 mitukhs. 2. The room is small, about 18 sq. m., but cozy.The furniture is new. The room is clean.TV, hairdryer,iron were brought without any problems upon request. Tea accessories are all available.Tea, coffee and sugar were constantly replenished.The water was replenished only once, and we bought it ourselves for two days.Towels were changed every day, cleaning every day. For 3 nights, the bed was changed 1 time. 3. The breakfasts are modest, but you won't stay hungry. I would add porridge and croissants. Boiled eggs, omelet or scrambled eggs, 3 types of cheese, sausage, nuggets, olives, olives, apples, oranges. 4. The staff is polite and helpful. 5. Free gym and swimming pool. 6. The neighbors were heard in the bathroom. Overall, I liked everything. And the only thing I didn't like was the noise outside when you go to bed (but I think it's like that everywhere).

What was wrong
1. The location of the hotel. We took a taxi from the airport. There was a construction site nearby, and the passage was closed. The taxi driver dropped me off on the road near the tram stop. I tried to explain in bad English where to go. We spent another 20 minutes looking for a hotel. There are no signs, street address signs, and so on. there are many hotels, all are similar to each other. in general, they found it with difficulty.
2. Sound insulation. She's gone. You can hear what's going on in the next room, and you can hear the water pouring through the pipes. The windows of the room overlooked the construction site.
3. There were no bathrobes, no toothbrushes and no toothpaste. The hotel staff was asked several times to bring it. as a result, they bought it at a pharmacy (located nearby). although, when booking, it was indicated in the comments that it should be.
4. paid hammam and sauna. moreover, the hotel card does not say that it is paid. otherwise, we wouldn't have booked this hotel. the cost of the hammam and sauna is 15 euros for 20 minutes. the fact that this is a paid service became known only after booking and paying for the hotel in the "additional information" column!!! The water in the pool is icy cold. The jacuzzi is not working.
5. A room with a French balcony was booked. in fact, there was no balcony in the room. the hotel staff asked to pay 50 euros extra for such a room. in general, I didn't care about the balcony, but since it had already been paid for, I wanted it to be
6. The bed. The booking indicates that there is a double bed. in fact, these are two beds, pushed into one and connected by one mattress.
7. Breakfast items.. That's horrible. monotony and generally not tasty. You definitely shouldn't go to this hotel with children. they just won't have anything to have breakfast with))) We ate vegetables for breakfast. tomato/cucumber/olives... And cheese, too.

A good hotel for its stars with a swimming pool, a kettle in the room and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. There's a Shvets table for breakfast. The audibility is good, but it didn't really interfere with the rest. It is located 4 tram stops from Sultanahmet with many attractions, nearby Gulhane Park is one of the locations where the tulip parade takes place in April. There are many shops, currency exchange offices, a bank, and cafes and restaurants near the hotel. There is also a cafe with budget meals nearby.

A very nice hotel. The perfect place, nice rooms as in the photo, gorgeous orthopedic mattresses, clean. The maid girls clean every day, change everything, try their best. Everyone is polite, friendly, and speaks Russian. The food is very tasty, there is always, even at the end of breakfast. Juices, coffee, pastries are very tasty, there are hot dishes to choose from, a lot of olives and fruits and vegetables. Thank you all very much. The hotel also helped with the transfer. When we recovered early, we were given a divine breakfast with ourselves. It was the most delicious sandwich in the world. I definitely recommend the hotel

Administrators are peculiar. They don't understand Russian when it's necessary. And when it suits them, they talk. The pool was cold during the stay in December! When asked to turn on the heat, we were told that this was the policy of the hotel. We specifically chose a hotel with a heated pool, and here's a cheat for you! As a result, it was added by 2 degrees funny ! Cold weather. Dim lights in the rooms, obviously saving on electricity! Sauna is very expensive 25 min 30 dollars . What 's the point of going to it? If the pool is cold ! And how to swim in the cold? There is a strange woman working at the spa who does not understand Russian, English, or Turkish.
The breakfasts are monotonous and delicious, but you won't stay hungry. The coffee from the coffee machine is disgusting.
Once at 7 a.m. , a tractor was working under the windows , which was very unpleasant . The double-glazed windows are weak, but they should be dense because the hotel is close to the city. I want to thank the maid the way I changed everything every day. And by the way, the hotel itself is very clean.
In general, this hotel claims to be 4 stars does not pull! A maximum of 3 is a stretch.
Of the advantages; cleaning every day in the rooms, a clean hotel, close to attractions and the city.

We liked everything! We stayed for three nights, cleaning was not needed, so we can't tell by the service. The pool area is beautiful, we were always alone there, there wasn't even any staff, no one bothered. The only thing is that not a single bar has worked yet. The breakfasts are simple, the choice is very small, but you can find something to eat (the only minus is the complete lack of greens and salad, once there were a couple of iceberg petals and that's it) The juice is instant as usual, but the coffee and moccachino are quite tasty from a certain coffee machine. But in general, the interior is pleasant, beautiful, everything is clean.

Anyone who can sleep with noise is welcome here.
It is in the room that the nasty ventilation noise comes from the ceiling, I did not sleep for 5 nights. The child was swimming in the pool, on the 3rd day the Rotovirus temperature was 38, he was sick.
There were empty hot plates for breakfast for two days, a nasty cook came out to us, it seemed that we owed him something....
Music was blaring all night around the hotel until 5 a.m., "nymphs" were working there.
We're definitely not going to this hotel anymore.
The good thing is the cleanliness and good room cleaning every day. The location. Helpful staff.

A clean, good hotel for your money. Room cleaning every day, right down to the folding of your belongings. Swimming pool, small gym. Hammam and sauna are paid. The breakfasts are good, but monotonous.

In general, everything is not bad for your money, there was no noise, which is often written about. A double bed made of two mattresses, which makes you fall through the center. The breakfasts are bad, it's the same every day, and there's little choice. And if you're driving, then it's better to choose another area, there are eternal traffic jams and there's almost nowhere to park the car.

An old, shabby, dirty hotel, the headrest over the bed is terribly stained, we were refused to change the room, it's very noisy outside, under the room, karaoke, it's impossible to sleep. The breakfasts are so-so. It's better to look for another hotel. I don't recommend this one.
