We were passing through Aktobe and visited Freedom Bank.
Positive :
A beautiful noticeable building,
There are practically no queues!
Fast customer service!
Minuses:
Not a convenient, intuitive access to the Bank!
The staff orients the client to self-knowledge and familiarization with instructions on various issues. (I would like to have more loyalty as a customer!)

The personal experience of interacting with Freedom was positive. We have been with them for a long time, they offer individual conditions. For example, a friend took out a large loan for a car, she had her own conditions. I have both a loan and an open deposit here – I was offered different conditions, they took into account my good credit history and that I have been a customer of the bank for a long time.

I try to do without loans. But there are situations when money is urgently needed. I could have borrowed from my friends, but it was difficult. And in the bank, even though you pay interest, they gave you the money quickly. The percentages, by the way, turned out to be lower than those of others. I was quite satisfied
