Booked and paid online. They didn't have my booking, and asked me to pay again. I had booked a double room, but they gave me a single room. Bad experience.

A clean new room for one at the price of a shared room. The facilities are on the floor, no one interfered, I did not stand in line.it's quiet, very helpful and pleasant staff.
