I celebrated my birthday in this branch. I know that they have a 10% discount for birthday people, but that day the staff said that there was no discount, they cheated.
The food is not tasty at all, there were 2 small pieces of chicken in the chickenburger.
There was another unpleasant situation. The edge of the plate broke on the fall of the phone and they demanded 80,000 for it. It doesn't cost 100% that much, maximum 50,000. We wanted to deal with the administrator, but he WAS ASLEEP and FUCKED up at the moment, so he didn't bother to come out.
I recommend the branch on Arnasai, we were there last year, we liked everything. Yusuf is disgusting (if you already find fault, then the toilet handle is on tape, and the booths do not close at all)

There were 7 of us, and the cost of the booth was 90,000 soums per hour, as we were informed by phone. We arrived, we were shown our booth, we occupied it. In the first minutes there was a problem with the second microphone, it did not work for them. For about half an hour we waited for the person to set up the microphone. Which, as a result, was never set up for us. Half an hour later, an employee of this karaoke comes to us and provides information that we have to make a deposit of 300,000 soums. Because there are people who can pay this amount, and if we are not able to pay this amount, then we will have to give up the booth. For some reason, they did not consider it necessary to warn us about when we arrived there, and when we called and booked a booth before arriving. The cost of the booth was not included in the deposit of 300,000 soums. We decided to leave this institution, we were counting on a different cost. For half an hour of being there, we gave 60,000 soums (which included the service) Despite the fact that the 2 microphone did not work. This institution has put us in an awkward position. Because we do not live so close and the taxi also hit the pocket, because these people working in this institution cannot immediately provide all the information, you need to say this information either later or beg them. Not in social networks, nor where it was indicated that there is a deposit. We have been to this institution 3 times and faced such a problem for the first time.
