They send couriers for delivery, they say the delivery time, the courier is late, it would be fine if I was 10-20 minutes late, but after half an hour of delay they say that the courier has not yet left them and will leave in 5 minutes, after another 40 minutes we find out that the courier is just leaving, in general the courier was an hour and a half late! The salmon in the rolls was not fresh!

One of the favorite Japanese restaurants. Sometimes the service is lame, but in general the best roller in Aktobe.

The kitchen is good. The service has been terrible lately. Used napkins and garbage are not removed from the table by the waiters. The waiters don't know everything about the menu. The plates are dirty and the garbage must be asked to be removed after which they are removed with a dissatisfied look
