The territory of the hotel is small, clean, neat, quiet. There is always a free sunbed, as there are not too many people. That's what I really liked, since we flew for only three days, I wanted to see at least people. The rooms have everything, the food is delicious. Many had a rest with children, the beach is sandy, the lifeguard is always in his place, going into the water gradually is the most for children. There is one small "but" - no one speaks Russian. And the rest is great. We will definitely come back...

We were in the middle of January, the climate is pleasant!Great hotel, good location. 15 minutes walk up the road to supermarkets and various cafes and shops. A 20-minute drive to karfakan, where there is a fish market and restaurants where, in addition to their cuisine, they can also grill what you bought at the market. The hotel has a Russian-speaking staff. the service is on top! There were no problems with cleaning the room and solving the issues that arose. Upon check-in, several rooms were offered to choose from. The kitchen is great! We were lucky, there was no oil in the ocean. Children are not allowed in the sauna and gym. A great sea excursion to the neighboring state of Oman and go nearby! Local private taxi drivers raise prices three times! It is much more profitable to ride an official taxi on the counter! -terrible food (Hindus cook and cook not tasty), the choice is very small

Hotel for all 5 , arrived on 05/19/2023. rested until 05/31/2023, Russian-speaking staff, very nice girl at the reception Madina. She settled us at 12.00 with a view of the sea.The food is for an amateur, but there was not enough meat for me, but my husband and child liked everything. When in the course of the restaurant, smiling girls meet, it's a pity they didn't remember the names. The guys who give out towels are pleasant, sociable, speak Russian. The sea is awesome warm, there were fish, crabs, stingrays and turtles)). Sun beds are always available both on the beach and near the pool. Quiet family not for hangouts hotel. This hotel is for a vacation far from civilization. The only plus is the clear sea. The staff is not nice, you need to say three times to do what you have to do. There is only one restaurant and there is a queue for it. Drinks that are poured after drinking are very sick. I do not recommend it to anyone. Choose something else. We bought into the tour operator's recommendation and YouTube video reviews. On YouTube, all video reviews are a hat, they sell a picture for money, in fact there is nothing. The trampoline was put on at a temperature of more than 30 degrees, the children get burned, they do everything for show, not for the client. Beautiful, green, small well-groomed territory. Our two rooms with terraces with access to the garden and a shared interior door in a separate wing were great (we had to pay extra, but we didn't regret it at all).
The cleaning is impeccable.
You can walk along the surf line as far as your legs will allow.
The sun rises from the water directly in front of the hotel. The ebb/flow is negligible. The water is calm.
After sunset, behind the mountain that closes the hotel from the west, the lights of the Iranian coast are visible from the east side across the bay.
Fine white sand (it is also on the bottom).
There are not enough sun beds for everyone. By 7.30 am, there is already a high probability that you will be left without a place.
Take the package "Dine around", not "All inclusive", it is cooler in buns, and the cost varies insignificantly. The food is very diverse, but not on the "5". Delicious soups for lunch. They don't know how to cook fish and seafood. By the way, there are very few of them.
Disgusting indifferent attitude of the host party, in our case - Coral Travel. Until they pressed "over the head", even our manager did not contact us.
99% of the staff is from India. English is spoken poorly, Russian is even worse.
The hotel is home to a huge variety of birds, including parrots. But most of all, monstrously arrogant, shameless crows, endlessly screaming, and even more negligibly stealing food from plates and digging into bags.
A huge number of children of all ages (the beach and the pool are ideal for them), but there is NO animation! I have never seen such a thing anywhere in the world!
There is NOTHING to see underwater, even in Oman, where you can go for a whole day on a boat trip with a swim in the Indian Ocean.
The selection of alcoholic beverages, including beer, in the "dine around" package is very decent.

And the food is just terrible ....with my absolute non-fastidiousness ..... I have nothing to eat.... from the word at all ( except rice ) . There is no meat, chicken and fish in a normal form at all .... there is some kind of balanda .... which is impossible to eat . The food is good, but I didn't have enough seafood. Even Waves Restaurant, which is declared as a seafood restaurant, had only fish.
We took the Ultra All-inclusive system, but it is not the maximum. A lot for money: smoothies, good alcohol, coconuts. Ice cream only from 16 to 17 hours. In the Ultra system, you can take it to the cafe at the reception, but 1 time a day. Not to compare with Turkey)) They came up with a strange system. And if you buy something, everything is expensive. For example, one cocktail is 40 aed (800rub).
The sea is wonderful, but fuel oil has sailed :(There are enough sunbeds, you don't need to borrow in the morning) On the left, near the stones, I saw a turtle and a cuttlefish. And so there is sand in the sea.

I rested alone with 4 children, there are almost no free sun beds by the pool, and half of them are covered with birds. In the children's room, the children are left to themselves. We rested in this hotel from 05.02 to 11.02. The hotel itself with a beautiful green area.The first line. View from the balcony to the ocean. The food is delicious. Breakfast is of the same type, for 5 it could be more diverse. It is very good that you can change breakfast for lunch, or vice versa. For those who are not all inclusive. The only disadvantage is to drive 1.5 hours from Sharjah airport. But the transfer is fine, by car, not by bus. Outside the hotel, there is almost nothing. A few restaurants, a pharmacy, and that's it, the shops are all very far away. There is absolutely nowhere to walk in the evening. In the morning at 6 o'clock, the pool is being cleaned, there is an unbearable noise. But, very friendly and good-natured staff!

We rested at the hotel from 05/16/2023 to 05/26/2023 with my husband and a child of 2.6 years.

We drove to the hotel exactly two hours from Dubai airport.
The territory is green, small. There is a place to walk in the evening outside the hotel, across the street, one shop with a bunch of different goods for tourists, a pharmacy and a couple of restaurants. There is even a museum of cars. Which is also very entertaining, especially for the guys.
By food (we took breakfast & dinner): for breakfast there are different types of eggs, pancakes, waffles, fruits, there are sliced (watermelon, melon, Dragon fruit, grapefruit, kiwi), whole apples, pears, bananas and oranges. Juices: pineapple, apple, orange. Different types of teas and coffee, there are different types of milk (on request from the waiter). Vegetables, spreadings (hummus, cream cheese). In general, the breakfast is a standard buffet.
There is always some kind of fish for dinner (mackerel or barracuda), not bad, but not wow. Basically, the cuisine is Indian, Arabic, sometimes Mexican, Thai. Every evening there are very delicious cream soups.
There are desserts for breakfast and dinner. But not so wow.
I can say this: if you like classic homemade food, this hotel is not exactly for you. There are few such dishes on the menu, but they are there. Just without a variety of choices.
For breakfast there are always different types of tea bags and any coffee to choose from. Plus juices, very tasty.
For dinner, there is always any soda, juices, tea and coffee. Alcoholic beverages for an additional fee.
As for the playground, it is very small, and in the dark it is poorly lit. There is a children's club with various educational games, but it works very inconveniently (from 9 to 17), just the time when the little ones are on the beach and when they sleep. In the evening, in fact, the children have nothing to play with. It would be great if the club worked at least until 20:00, so that children could play toys in the cool in the evening when it's stuffy outside.
The beach is sandy, wide and there are enough sun beds for everyone. The Indian Ocean is beautiful: warm, I would say even hot. Clean. But in the afternoon there are always waves, especially near the shore. And because of the waves, something happens and brings something from the ocean to the shore. But in general - super.
The rooms are spacious, clean, cleaning every day. Water is put every day for 2 bottles of 0.5 per person.
The room has a hairdryer, ironing board, kettle and iron. Tea, coffee, cream and various types of sugar.
Shampoo, shower gel, hair conditioner, body lotion and soap.
A baby cot is provided on request, which is very convenient. But it is designed for a child no taller than 90 cm. We have a small one above and he didn't really sleep with his legs outstretched, but he said he would sleep in it, and not on a separate chair.
Sockets are not standard, but we were quietly charging with our plugs.
WiFi worked average, and did not reach everywhere on the beach. But rested 😝
Basically, they corresponded with everyone, because calls via WhatsApp & Telegram did not pass ((( already after leaving, they found out that in order to call, they had to download some special application, since there was a call block. Well, it didn't spoil the vacation at all.
An excellent gym with a large selection of exercise equipment for every taste. There is a hammam and a sauna, all this is included in the price.
You can take a game of table tennis and mini football (all equipment is given out at the reception near the gym).
The Indian ocean is warm, clean, although there were always waves in the afternoon. And if you come in the morning, then calm and affectionate.
In general, the hotel is great, but not wow, as there were more expectations both for food and for the playground. We were a little short of fruit and variety in the children's menu. We have an omnivorous child and there were no problems with food, but who eats badly from children, there is not much choice: pasta + nuggets / sausages / cutlets are essentially the whole choice for dinner (two or three dishes are available).
This is my subjective opinion, because I know what is better.
And in general, I recommend the hotel from the bottom of my heart!

Cocktails are often just vodka with juice, wine from transparent bottles without labels (supposedly Australia), on Ultra all inclusive the bottle will have a label, but it's still something from the New World. By the way, Ultra all inclusive is worth it - you can have lunch and dinner in other restaurants of the hotel.

Definitely not 5 stars when compared with Egypt or Turkey (and there is no point in comparing it with another one).
1. The price is an order of magnitude higher compared to the same Egypt, and it's not even "all inclusive".

4. We were in March - the whole territory is covered with huge crows that steal food from tables and behave aggressively
5. The staff is not trained: bartenders get lost from 5+ people and confuse orders, rooms were cleaned sometimes at 3-4 o'clock when everyone comes from the beach and wants to relax, but when swimming for buoys (which are chest deep) they immediately swear.
6. The food was terrible, the fruits were apples, oranges and bananas. Every day there are 2-3 types of the same hot, 0 variety. After a week it gets terribly boring
Pros: there were enough sun beds for everyone, a new gym with good exercise equipment, there is ping pong, lawn tennis and billiards (equipment is provided), you can order a taxi to Dubai with stops at all locations, the lobby area is excellent, the rooms are generally good and not killed

We rested at this hotel from September 23 to September 30.
The hotel is clean, the rooms are lovely. Bed linen is changed every day.
Of the minuses: the food system (our operator offered all inclusive) is actually a boarding house (3 meals a day according to the buffet system)
The choice of food is sad. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are the same every day. On the 3rd day, eating the same thing gets boring. The choice of dishes is small.
Fruits: watermelon (breakfast and dinner), oranges, quinces and apples. That's it!
Desserts : absolutely the same taste :(

The beach is sandy, the bay is clean, you can see the fish.
There is no entertainment for either children or adults, except for a single tiny water slide and ice cream from 16-17 in unlimited (until it ends) quantity.

We had a rest at the end of March. We changed lunch from the last day of our stay to the first day without any problems. The children went to the children's room, as there are three playlists. The food in the restaurant is varied and delicious. The only drawback is that we got into the Ramadan period, and the ice cream parlor started working at 7 p.m. That is, after dinner, I didn't really want ice cream or pie anymore. In the afternoon, all the children in the cafe on the beach were given one ice cream. We are happy with the rest!
