There is no room service. The bar in the room has not been replenished, the floors are not washed, the tables are not wiped, there are no toothbrushes. everything will be fine if you tell the reception with the help of a Turkish translator. only a few people know English. Animation is done by guys from Kyrgyzstan, hello to Azamat! They are trying to take out these problems with animation. Theft from rooms happens in detached houses! Safes are not salvation!!! I do not recommend it with children because of the sea and the beach, described in the beach.

The weather is super 32 plus the sea is very clean and warm. The staff is polite. The only thing I don't like is that in 10 days we have never changed the bed.
Food seems to be a lot of hungry people, but it doesn't work out to enjoy food. (10 years ago we were in Turkey, in Kemer) the menu is the same. There is no normal porridge in the morning. Guys, what is called "like everyone else" - someone is trying more, someone is trying less, someone is not trying at all.
Find such a huge hotel with a similar set of services for this money! There's enough food for your eyes here. Just don't mix, for example, soda with heavy food. Don't eat too much olive oil and you'll be fine. Firstly, because of the heat, and secondly, because of the gravity. I was poisoned by heavy oil from unaccustomed! There are no viruses here.
SanPiN went with me and took samples everywhere. From the beach to indoor toilets. They used to be, now they have minimized all risks by using disposable tableware, alcohol napkins, gloves from the staff, etc.

Beach volleyball requires a whole ball, not a stub. As the manager said, he was erasing himself on the stones and ordered not to give a new animation. Well, then remove the stones! Where have you seen volleyball with stones?! I've bled all over my knees and not just me! It's just trivial to guess, after all. And to stretch the grid and generally replace it with what I advised. The ball will be whole without stones! They don't water the sand much, and in general, we start playing at the peak of the heat.
There is no animation. They whisper something and have zero entertainment. The fact that trampolines arrived at night for two hours is generally complete nonsense. Find two people, you can and let them entertain normally. And the one who organized volleyball should also judge him and monitor injuries, sand humidity and in general. As it should be. Buy vacuum cleaners for the cleaners! I'm afraid to imagine what's going on under the beds. Our room wasn't cleaned at all. From the very arrival. The sand is still there, I'm sure. Buy curtain plugs for curtains. The curtains flew off twice. Wipe the dust off the tables, fill the toilets. We had a new cleaner and he was better than the previous one! But it's still not completely cleaned, unfortunately.

They forget to turn on the fans in the open part of the restaurant, I had to ask myself. Maybe the oil is missing, or maybe I'm not used to it myself. Salty cheeses definitely disappear quickly. We visited the hotel at the end of July 2022, the impressions leave much to be desired. On the second day, we woke up from terrible nausea, diarrhea and fever. And we weren't the only ones.(there is no first aid kit in the hotel. If you need medicines at night, wait for the morning and go to the pharmacy across the street, where prices are, of course, at least 2-3 times higher than usual in Turkey) If you want to spend your vacation hugging the toilet, to the sounds of neighbors in the same situation, then definitely choose this hotel!
Food: The restaurant is completely unsanitary, a huge number of flies, they all sit on the food. The food is tasteless, the meat is not fried. It's very stuffy.
Room: The room has never been cleaned in 8 days, they promise to change the bed linen every 3 days - they did not change it at all! There is no sound insulation in the rooms in the main building (conversations can be heard behind the wall). The towel, the robes, the bedspread are all stained. The walls are covered in colored splashes (I really want to believe that it didn't come out of someone).
Keep in mind that there are only small shops around the hotel, you need to get to any other places by bus (+- hour) or taxi.
Positive:
- to the beach in a couple of minutes, enough places, clean
- excursions from the hotel saved this vacation (Green Canyon and Side view)
- the room was overlooking the sea
