A super hotel for parents and children! We had a rest last year, we really liked the service, food, territory, cozy rooms. The hotel is small, but very cozy. There are separate areas exclusively for adults WITHOUT children). For families who decide to visit this hotel, great news, the hotels have their own children's mini club where babysitters work. You can leave your child at the kids club for a few hours. I take children to the club from 10 to 19 o'clock. Last year it was included in the price of the tour, during the club's opening hours, after 19 an hourly fee. There are a lot of fruits, sweets, ice cream, food everywhere at any time. My husband and I had a vacation in September 2022
The weather is super 32 plus the sea is very clean and warm. The staff is polite. The only thing I don't like is that in 10 days we have never changed the bed.
Food seems to be a lot of hungry people, but it doesn't work out to enjoy food. (10 years ago we were in Turkey, in Kemer) the menu is the same. There is no normal porridge in the morning. Rice filled with milk is not porridge yet. I'm not talking about soups at all. It is made with powdered broth. So at least try the ones you give to people. Chicken noodles are always too salty. The ice cream offered in the restaurant is generally terrible. If you can say that about ice cream.
Grilled meat always has a burnt crust. We call it gypsy color. The grill has the impression that it is never washed. My husband and I tried not to pay all the attention to it. And we enjoyed the sun, the sea and the spa salon did not disappoint. Special thanks to the chiropractors. And all their staff are great fellows!!!!!!
We didn't go to animation in the evenings and didn't hang out. We can't say anything about this.

The reception does not solve any questions. A Chinese man who speaks crooked Russian and stands behind the reception desk constantly sleeps in the back room and ignores any questions. The aunt in red is an elderly woman at the reception also aggrandizes and tries in every possible way to send you or bill you for any wishes. With the type of rooms, they cheat and populate easily instead of a garden view with a view of the autobahn.
The hotel itself is in a dead state, the food is terrible, a lot of people are poisoned, half of the rooms with jambs (some of the equipment does not work or smells of feces), the pools are cleaned once a year.
The guides of fanendsan (or whatever they used to be called - TUI) can only listen to you, pat you on the shoulder, say that they will decide everything as soon as you buy a couple of sea trips with dolphins and pink flamingos from them, after which they go to the hotel restaurant with a sense of accomplishment.
There are a lot of hyped good reviews in social networks about the hotel, be careful.

I want to leave a positive review. My daughter and I liked everything. We were greeted warmly. I especially want to mention the girl working with the guests, Aliya. She solved all the issues quickly, very polite and patient. The food is good, the chefs cook delicious. Special attention is paid to hygiene. The tables are clean, there are disposable napkins on the tables, cutlery in individual disposable packaging, and there is always a disposable disinfecting napkin. I stayed at this hotel three years ago. I really liked the hotel at that time. Wonderful territory, large cozy rooms, friendly staff. The beach is pebbly, but for me it's more of a plus than a minus. Because the water is cleaner and more transparent than on sandy beaches. The food was very decent. An abundance of vegetables and fruits, fish and seafood, delicious coffee from coffee machines.
If the hotel has retained its status, I will be happy to return there again.

All relevant comparative reviews and discussions... In general, you can shoot whether you need to come here in VK. There is much more information and feedback. We talked to the manager, the guide, the translator. The staff is now hired, not permanent. (I am writing from the hotel. Therefore, I know what I'm reporting.)
Guys, what is called "like everyone else" - someone is trying more, someone is trying less, someone is not trying at all.
Find such a huge hotel with a similar set of services for this money! There's enough food for your eyes here. Just don't mix, for example, soda with heavy food. Don't eat too much olive oil and you'll be fine. Firstly, because of the heat, and secondly, because of the gravity. I was poisoned by heavy oil from unaccustomed! There are no viruses here.
SanPiN went with me and took samples everywhere. From the beach to indoor toilets. They used to be, now they have minimized all risks by using disposable tableware, alcohol napkins, gloves from the staff, etc.
Go to the left side of the beach - it is easier to enter there due to fewer stones, the absence of some kind of sewer pipe with its stench (apparently leaky, looks like a log at the bottom near the border of the buoys of the right right at the entrance to the water). The stairs from the pier are very slippery, like everywhere else. Sometimes there are streams of cold water, as there is a river nearby on the way to Alanya. This is normal, of course.
Now by taking pictures of dirt, etc. you do this garbage yourself! Does someone have to clean up after you?? Are you shitting there at home? No! All this is piggishness from yourself.
There are flies everywhere, go to Egypt and India and grumble about them there. It will be very funny! There are few of them here! And there are 10 times more. Mosquitoes are a night for me, but there is dampness, humidity - there is already an appeal to the air conditioning and the manager.
You don't have to take full plates of food to throw everything in the trash. You won't eat that much and the food in the trash turns out to be just like that. Even apples, even soup.
It's okay here! Go to the third line then to 3 stars or to the second to the 4th. He will watch and envy😁
The variety of food is great, although it is almost the same every day. But do you guys eat so many salads, veal, red fish, etc. at home every day? You don't even make such salads, and how much veal!

As I wrote above, like everyone else. The guys need to be monitored. Dishes are smashed in the lobby, poured in puffs... And not only in the lobby. Everywhere. Wipe the racks on time. Sometimes there's so much on the table in front of the bar that there's nowhere to put your finger. And they have puddles down there. They're pouring by too much. Oh, it's the 4th time I've heard a glass broken.
At least wipe the windows and mirrors occasionally. In rooms, lobbies, and restaurants. Children, splashes... In the end, I got tired of looking at the dirt.
Fix the deck chairs or change them to functioning ones on time.
Beach volleyball requires a whole ball, not a stub. As the manager said, he was erasing himself on the stones and ordered not to give a new animation. Well, then remove the stones! Where have you seen volleyball with stones?! I've bled all over my knees and not just me! It's just trivial to guess, after all. And to stretch the grid and generally replace it with what I advised. The ball will be whole without stones! They don't water the sand much, and in general, we start playing at the peak of the heat.
There is no animation. They whisper something and have zero entertainment. The fact that trampolines arrived at night for two hours is generally complete nonsense. Find two people, you can and let them entertain normally. And the one who organized volleyball should also judge him and monitor injuries, sand humidity and in general. As it should be. He's watching on the side.
Buy vacuum cleaners for the cleaners! I'm afraid to imagine what's going on under the beds. Our room wasn't cleaned at all. From the very arrival. The sand is still there, I'm sure. Buy curtain plugs for curtains. The curtains flew off twice. Wipe the dust off the tables, fill the toilets. We had a new cleaner and he was better than the previous one! But it's still not completely cleaned, unfortunately.
Ventilation vacuum cleaner.
Make sideburns at the tracks. And it will no longer be necessary to wash them from sand and clay. Moreover, they do not rub off. Organize the cleaning of the air conditioner filters.
Change the burned-out light bulbs.
Give recommendations on food at the entrance, sometimes salads are sour, maybe they are not gone, or maybe on the contrary from the heat. Air conditioning is weak in restaurants. They forget to turn on the fans in the open part of the restaurant, I had to ask myself. Maybe the oil is missing, or maybe I'm not used to it myself. Salty cheeses definitely disappear quickly. And in salads. Do a tasting. The food is too spicy. And the so-called grill is actually frying. Make a real grill without oil!
The staff does not put water in the rooms, although they should during cleaning.
The old towels outside our door were piling up indefinitely. Enter a quantity limit.
Fix the water faucets in the rooms. They are flowing and the shower change is not working.
Remove the dry mashed potatoes, make them from real potatoes, not from powder.
Write the instructions for the door to the balcony.
There is something to work on, it can be seen immediately if you become a manager.
Do not throw crumbs on the floor in the restaurant during cleaning. Firstly, double work for others, and secondly, do you clean your house like that too? And it will be faster to put garbage in a napkin right away, rather than crumple it and scatter crumbs on the table to throw them on the floor.

We stayed at this hotel in June 2023. Now it is called Loxia and positions itself as a 5*, which cannot be agreed with in any way. The hotel is quite worn out, major repairs are required. It all started with rotavirus, then Coxsackie joined. I cannot describe the horror we experienced. We are still being treated. There is dirt in the hotel, flies on the food. The stoves are not washed, the products are not fried, the staff does not speak Russian, they did not give the sick child food in the room! I had to connect a tour operator, the baby's bed was broken, my husband put stones instead of legs! Is it 5 stars? The locals said that the hotel has problems with water purification, hence the infection. The attitude towards tourists is terrible. I do not recommend it with children!

THEY were VERY BADLY POISONED in this hotel - by the whole family. A doctor arrived at the medical center, took the child, he checked his ears, listened and prescribed drugs for poisoning and took $ 30 for it - "medicine at the highest level". My wife and I were helped by a filter, activated carbon and linex. We have been in Russia for two days now and we are still treating the child. If you don't want to spoil your vacation, choose another place to relax. The causes of infection: water in swimming pools, unwashed fruits, vegetables served in the dining room, plates and appliances, mothers who bring their children with rotovirus... Positive reviews are probably left only by those who are lucky. If you want to be healthy, do not go to this hotel.

The only drawback is dirt. There are balls of dust and debris on the stairs in the main building. Although we tipped the maids, the room was cleaned only a couple of times in 10 days. The bed linen has not been changed once. Wet cleaning has never been carried out.
You should be very careful in the Lobby bar and in the dining room - often the floor is very wet. Personally, I fell by slipping, fortunately nothing serious, but you can easily break your arms and legs or smash your head.

We visited the hotel at the end of July 2022, the impressions leave much to be desired. On the second day, we woke up from terrible nausea, diarrhea and fever. And we weren't the only ones.(there is no first aid kit in the hotel. If you need medicines at night, wait for the morning and go to the pharmacy across the street, where prices are, of course, at least 2-3 times higher than usual in Turkey) If you want to spend your vacation hugging the toilet, to the sounds of neighbors in the same situation, then definitely choose this hotel!
Food: The restaurant is completely unsanitary, a huge number of flies, they all sit on the food. The food is tasteless, the meat is not fried. It's very stuffy.
Room: The room has never been cleaned in 8 days, they promise to change the bed linen every 3 days - they did not change it at all! There is no sound insulation in the rooms in the main building (conversations can be heard behind the wall). The towel, the robes, the bedspread are all stained. The walls are covered in colored splashes (I really want to believe that it didn't come out of someone).
Keep in mind that there are only small shops around the hotel, you need to get to any other places by bus (+- hour) or taxi.
Positive:
- to the beach in a couple of minutes, enough places, clean
- excursions from the hotel saved this vacation (Green Canyon and Side view)

The beach is sandy and pebbly, so we immediately arrived armed with corals and we liked everything. The deck chairs were dried every day, there was a lot of space on the beach, a great green area, which was looked after by a gardener. Pools, water slides. Animation, children's room all tried to create a good mood for vacationers. There was another unpleasant moment-ants on the balcony, but we dealt with them (with komarex).

We had a rest from May 23 to June 5, 2019 with children from 3 to 11 years old. In general, I liked everything. Food: meat, fruits, vegetables, grilled dishes, pastries - everything is delicious and varied.

The area is beautiful and green. The entrance to the beach is made of small pebbles, not bad.
Cons: Wi-Fi is paid and catches only in the main building. People from the bungalows go to the Lobby to surf the internet.
There are no disposable accessories (toothbrushes, pastes, shampoos). There is only liquid soap and toilet paper.
In general, I really enjoyed the rest. Recommend.
