We arrived at 9 a.m., very tired and hungry. The hotel is not big. There is coffee, tea, all kinds of drinks and sweets in the lobby. Basically, we arrived for breakfast. Check-in was at 14, but many were settled earlier and even those who arrived later than us too. But as decent people, we waited for us to be invited, but so far I have not served myself, no one even thought to approach us. To my question, why are the people who arrived later than us already settled and we haven't yet, all this time we were sitting near the reception, we didn't even have the strength to go to the pool, they told me that the room had been ready for a long time, but we didn't see you, personally I was sitting 3 meters away from the administrator. Well, the first day was hard for us 4 hours to Kazan, 5 hours on the plane and only by 14 check-in with 3 children 10.8 and 2 years old. On day 2, everything settled down. As I said, the hotel is not big. 1 large swimming pool, 1 for children and 1 with slides. We are used to large territories to walk around, but you can't really walk around the territory here, so we walk outside the territory where there is a bazaar. The food is very tasty and varied. The bus goes to the sea in 3 minutes and is already on the beach, 10 minutes on foot. Although it is written that the bus goes every 10 minutes, in fact every 5 minutes, the minus is that the last bus leaves the beach at 18-00 and this is very inconvenient, because I would like to be on the beach until 19, which in principle we did. You can see that they are watching the beach. Also, those who want to stay longer on the beach, a dining room is organized for them, although not on the beach itself, but where the bus stops. You can fully eat there from 11 to 17. But for me, the big disadvantages are cleaning and the Internet. About the Internet, I can say that it lies and sometimes shows signs of life twitching its hand, in fact, everyone complains, but none of the administration wants to solve this issue, if you need the Internet, then you are in the lobby, but it does not always work well there, the first hotel for me where the trouble is with the Internet. For a long time they could not agree on cleaning with the cleaners. Since we have a baby, the whole schedule adjusts to it. We did not have cleaning for 3 days, respectively, and the garbage was not taken out and the floors were not washed (we did it ourselves) in the morning at 8 we went to the sea, and cleaning from 9-30 and we came by 11. I think an hour and a half for cleaning is quite enough. Even one day, my husband picked up the cleaners and asked them to clean our room, and we would leave for an hour and a half on purpose, and even after that we didn't do anything. I explain that at 12 the youngest has a quiet hour. Of course they came to do the cleaning, but they came at a quiet hour. Accordingly, no one cleaned anything. After talking at the reception, we came to the decision that they would clean from 9-30 to 11, but apparently the different shifts were not all informing, they cleaned properly for 3 days in this period of time, and on the 4th day they came back to 12. According to the room, we had a Family room with two rooms. The children's room is small about 8 sq.m., but it is quite enough for sleeping (two beds, air conditioning, TV and a table), but the second room is about 17-18 sq.m. But we only come to the room to sleep. But the evening animation suffers, it wasn't always interesting. There is also a children's club "Toucan", in principle, that's why we chose this hotel, adult animation is lame, but the children's is on top. We were at another Fun&sun hotel in Belek, we liked it very much, and the Toucan club and the animators decided to go to their hotel this time, but in a different place. Although the hotel is stated to be 5, I would say a solid 4. Overall, I am satisfied with the rest. And if you walk along the beach and hotels, you can feed the turtles, the children were delighted with the turtles.

Cons: this hotel positions itself as a 5* according to the UAI system. However, 5* should have two functioning pools, one of which should be indoor. There is an indoor pool, but it is not functioning, which means level 3*. UAI means a 24-hour bar, at least one. The reception has such a bar, but it works until 0:00, despite the 24 hours stated in the concept. At 4:30 in the morning, the Islamic prayer begins, apparently it is customary for Muslims. Even with a closed balcony, it is impossible to sleep, prayer lasts about 40 minutes through the speakers. Russian russians have different bracelets on their hands, Germans have others, Poles have others, etc. When you go to any bar for strong alcohol, then if you have a Russian bracelet, they will give you the cheapest low-quality swill, the Germans do not pour it. That is, separate bottles of alcohol for Russians and for others.
Positive:the food is delicious, the beer is also normal. The sea is warm and clean, the sauna is a hammam for free! Transport to the beach every 15 minutes. Cocktails are made for free. Clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel in October 2022. The staff is on top, everyone is pleasant, smiling. There is a nice Russian girl Elena at the reception. There are no preferences for food, everything is diverse. It's just a pity that there are no seafood.
The sea is something!! The beach is clean, the water is clear, the shore is sand, the entrance to the water is gentle.
Next to the hotel, a hundred meters away, there is a bazaar where you can buy everything you need. If you need a big bazaar, then turn right at the exit from the hotel and walk 10 minutes to the sooo big bazaar.
The only thing I didn't like was the cleaning. Apparently, they don't want to clean up at all without a tip, but we basically don't tip right away, but watch how they clean up. Four days later, I couldn't stand it and went to the reception with a complaint when they didn't clean the room at all, they didn't even come in to change the towels. The bathroom has shampoo, shower gel, soap in briquettes, disposable caps, cotton pads, nail file and comb.However, we were given shower gel after a complaint . They don't give you bathrobes. Slippers will be given if you ask..

We got to this hotel by accident, we were moved upon arrival from HANE SUN ELITE. The tour operator did not notify about the closure of the hotel for the winter season, and settled in the next one at Fun&Sun. I didn't know or read anything about this hotel, it was a surprise.
They gave a room with a bunk bed and a balcony (2 rooms + 1 reb) the location and the room itself are good. Soap bottles were replenished regularly. Everything is delicious and varied in terms of nutrition. I was very pleased with the coffee shop, coffee from the vending machine, coffee from Turkey, freshly ground coffee and desserts. there was also a pool bar, ice cream was given, delicious donuts, chips in the evening, popcorn, there was a beer bar. Because the hotel was also finalizing the season, there was no animation (but we don't need it). The territory of the hotel is quite small. cats were infuriating, they shit in all the vases that are at the bar at the tables! the pool is cool in November. The sea is super. there is a promenade by the sea. the shuttle goes to the sea all the time, walk for 7 minutes (I spotted it). Overall, I really liked it.

The cuisine is delicious and varied. 4 meals a day. Several zones of kitchens, canteens, and restaurants. Kebab zone. There is also a great pool with mountains. There is a toucan kids club. And this is modeling, drawing, weaving, dancing and much more. So your child will not be bored. There are also shows for adults. Speaking of adults, there is Turkish beer, there is German, a bunch of cocktails for every taste and color. Hookah area. Rooms.- simple, clean, cozy. There are balconies. According to the plot, there is a complete decoupling. But Russians and Germans prevail. Oh! More about the beach. A separate area with shislongs and canopies plus a cafe from the hotel with a kitchen and drinks. In general, everything is on the level and everything is decent. I recommend it!!!!!

The food is simple, but you won't be hungry. Of the big disadvantages, we lived in a family room and the smell of sewage was always present, and in the morning, when we went to the toilet room, it generally knocked us down. Despite the fact that this is not the first line, it is a pleasure to relax here. Cleanliness everywhere, in the hotel, on the beach. Cleaning and changing of towels daily, without tips, decorated the bed. Food - breakfast is monotonous, lunch, both on the beach and in the main restaurant everything is fine, and dinner is abundance and variety! Dirty dishes were cleaned instantly, the queue was only when the restaurant was opened on the grill territory, and then literally within five minutes maximum. The hotel is in very good condition, furniture, renovation, location. Near the bazaar, it is very good to walk in the evening on the embankment to the sound of the sea, the illumination of hotels, communication with a hedgehog in the Camellia hotel area, on the bridge over the Manavgat river to admire large turtles. Yes, not the first line, but for the happiness of walking in the morning for 5-7 minutes and you are on the beach. If you don't want to go, don't. There is a round-trip bus every 10 minutes. Special thanks to the guys from the reception, all issues were resolved quickly. I took two excursions, inexpensive, but intense, bright. The first is an ancient city, a museum, waterfalls, a mosque, a yacht trip and swimming in the sea, for the whole day, with meals. The second, just relax, is a catamaran ride along the Manavgat River between the Tauride Mountains with views of the green canyon. Swimming in a mountain lake, with meals. Both tours cost $50. Russians, Germans, and Poles rested in equal parts at the hotel. No discrimination, I made friends with guys from Poland, Kazakhstan. I recommend this hotel to my friends and acquaintances, you will not regret it.

I liked that all evening programs end at 23.00, great for those who just want to relax. I liked the food, there is a choice, fruits and salads every day, a lot of desserts for dinner and lunch. The food was repeated, but it did not lose its taste and quality. The alcohol included in the price was not very good, I liked the beer. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the hotel or 2 minutes by bus, which runs from the hotel, not long to wait. The location of the hotel itself is good, the town is considered a resort, but there is nothing special here: a small market, a couple of walking streets and in general everything, again, everything for a leisurely and lazy holiday. The animation in the hotel is unobtrusive, there was a show in the evening, gymnastics by the pool in the afternoon, and there was a foam party. We liked everything)
