I managed to enter the salon for the second time on 12.04.25, on Saturday.. I remember Elena Voronovich, the consultant, who devoted a lot of time to me, as I could not decide which frame to choose. She patiently showed me different options, even though I had gone over them. probably 20 pieces., explained the characteristics of different lenses, if I stop at some kind of frame. She even took a picture with glasses so I could consult with a friend and order something that suits me. Many thanks to her for that. Therefore, the salon and the staff made a very good impression on me.
6 days ago, I handed over the glasses for repair, replaced the mounting of the frame, paid immediately. The administrator communicated, if not rudely, then with notes of sarcasm and ridicule, which has already alerted. There was no feedback for 6 days, although they promised to notify. I called myself, it turns out that either they forgot to give my glasses to the master for repair, or "you have a refusal." What exactly happened to my glasses, when they can be picked up, is still not clear, they promised to call me back again, but it's been quiet for half an hour. I do not recommend it
