Yesterday, my daughter and I visited your store. We wanted to choose the first glasses. The seller was busy with another customer. In order not to waste time, I started trying on glasses myself. But a strong stream of cold air was blowing in our direction from the air conditioner. Naturally, we asked him to turn it off while we select the glasses, to which we heard a refusal:" I can't, I'm stuffy." With all her appearance, this ill-mannered person named Tatiana expressed her incorrect attitude towards us! You could at least try to adjust it in the other direction, or make it a little warmer. I can imagine how she would serve us, judging by the communication with other customers. She is very arrogant, boorish and inattentive.We left. Although the store is good. Clean, neat, bright and a fairly large selection of glasses.
A polite consultant girl. I helped to choose the first glasses for the child. The only drawback is not a very convenient entrance to the store. You need to go through the island of purity, make your way through their queue, which stands at the checkout. We were still with the baby, so it's certainly not convenient to walk with a stroller.
I do not recommend repairing plastic glasses.
I understand that the repair was not easy, BUT they returned my glasses WITHOUT a chance to try other repair shops, namely:
- Without a piece of plastic flying off (which originally had to be put back in place)
- The screw in the bag was completely different from other glasses (it differs both in thickness and length from the one that, on the other hand, was handed over with a native)
- The place of repair on the glasses is completely clumsily filled with epoxy glue.
Bottom line: the glasses are now definitely non-repairable.
I'm going to try on my sunglasses. They did not offer to help me, the two sellers continued a loud conversation on personal topics. I stomped around because I don't know much about glasses, and I bought them at another store.
Despite the request not to add to any mailing lists, I received a bunch of SMS spam. And they can't cancel the newsletter either, or they don't want to.
