At least 70% of the residents are foreigners living in Istanbul. Just wondering when the construction will start again and completed

I'll start with my first impression, while we were waiting for the hostess at night, only African Americans came in and out of this residential complex, and sneakers would fly at me in this place. I have nothing against people of other races, nationalities, faiths, and so on, but this fact caused tension in my stomach. Naturally, the tension was groundless and in no way, no one bothered us. Otherwise, it's a normal budget option on the outskirts of Istanbul, we got to the center at 1.30-2.00, and by taxi for 100 tl to Marmara Park, and then by metrobus with a transfer to the T1 tram. In short, it's a long way to the center, but from Marmara Park by havaist bus directly to the new Havalimanin airport in less than an hour. Our Studio 25 m in future park cost $30 per day in early January 2025, it was clean, warm, quiet, and the hostess who settled us was a friendly, Russian woman who always helped, prompted, and was in touch. I really liked everything, we rented an apartment in this area for 3 days. The price is very good, the owner of the apartment is a Russian-speaking girl, she showed everything, shared the nearest shops, the apartment is clean and cozy, there is everything necessary for living. There is a very large parking lot near the house, which is convenient. We will definitely contact you again.
