Upon check-in, we were shown several rooms of the same type, we chose a room to our liking, spent the night here for a couple of days, in general, it is quite an economical accommodation option for such a period of stay. Perhaps the fattest minus is not a comfortable mattress, the second is the sound from the club under the windows

Great location, everything is close.
We lived there in 2 rooms.
The 1st is small with a faulty and bad shower, but a good conditioner, without an outlet for the refrigerator.
The 2nd is large, with a bad shower and a bad conditioner and a bad refrigerator.
A very shabby and poorly maintained room stock for a fairly high price tag.
A nearby and very noisy nearby hotel.
We have lived without a refrigerator and air conditioning and cleaning for 2 weeks.
The products were not stored.
Dying from the heat or screaming in a nearby hotel (closed/an open window).
I cleaned it myself.
The breakfasts are tolerable, so we didn't go to them.
It is worth noting the terrible small bathrooms, without curtains and hoods (the toilet and the whole room are wet all the time and do not dry).
But Georgia is a magical country, the vacation was not spoiled.
Not 1, but 3 points, but only for the location.
I do not recommend it.
