Everything is perfect in this place: apartments, a hall, a sauna of 2 types and a huge swimming pool. There is one thing, but it is very far from the metro. Walk 40 min. It was normal for me, since steps are taken 30 thousand a day; but for those who are tired, it will be inconvenient.
