We met and spent a very sincere time! Very kind staff🥰 this was our first trip and satisfied us 100%! peace and quiet, Wi-Fi on the 4th floor of course does not catch very well, but it is not critical for us, there are balconies on the floors, the room is clean, the TV is working, hot water is available, the room was cleaned immediately upon request) in general We, 21-year-olds, liked everything very much, thank you, the hostess waited with us for our transfer and we hugged for a long time, left in a great mood! and after the eviction, they gave us the opportunity to take a shower after the sea and gave us towels, thanks for that!

We rested from 17 to 30 June. The rest was a success, even very much. It was my first time in Abkhazia and I still want to return. Regarding the Gagra-Lazurnaya guest house, I'll probably start. I gave it 3 stars out of five. To say that it was really bad, I'm lying... I expected a little different upon arrival... View from the window,renovation of the neighboring building. The cabinet and cabinets are certainly not new, the refrigerator is also not new, but it works. There is a double bed, about the mattress. Full of normalcy, a little rough, but we slept well. Minus there was no kettle, although glasses and teaspoons were present.. The TV didn't work, there was something with the antenna, and finally, while taking a shower, it just fell apart.... And there was no remote control from the air conditioner.... I thought that everything was ruined on the first day... After informing the administrator Regina about everything, that same evening, and the time was 9 o'clock, she decided everything ..... The master came, they made a shower and a TV.... The next day, they brought a pult from the conder and gave me a kettle. Not big, but it was. I wanted to add more... I read reviews about severe poisoning and stray vacationers.... All this is nonsense, as for the excursion groups that come in, I have not seen any, but they themselves are to blame for poisoning, they need to wash their hands more often at sea, too, and also drink whatever they can.... Do not slander.... And everything else, if you do not find fault, everything is not so bad ..... The price of the room and the quality correspond, if corrected.....

It's a terrible place. We rented online for 7 nights, stayed for 3 nights somehow and left crossing ourselves. Locks do not work in the room on the balcony in the toilet on the floor. The refrigerator was immediately turned off - it rattles like a tractor. The receptionist said she would fix everything as soon as she checked in, and we never saw her again. There is no soap paper in the toilet. The rooms are not cleaned. And finally the mattresses!!!!!!!! Horror. the springy rigid ones dig into the body. You wake up in the morning as if you've been beaten with sticks all night. The only advantage is the sea nearby.
