An amazing place! New beautiful rooms that have absolutely everything - all kitchen utensils and utensils up to pans / pots, etc., air conditioning in every room, new plumbing, Wi-Fi, etc. There are private parking spaces, and there is a barbecue area on site. Cleaning every other day - new bed linen, towels, etc. A cool responsive host - you can contact us at any time)) There are several shops nearby, 5 minutes to various cafes, 7 minutes to the sea. We really enjoyed it, thank you!

The rooms are well equipped, inside there is: Internet, TV, private toilet and shower, air conditioning, a large number of towels. We lived in a room with a shared kitchen, which had everything from pans to glasses. Perfect sound insulation, no extraneous sounds are heard. There is a barbecue area on site. The central equipped beach is 10 minutes away, and the nearest cafes are 15 minutes away. A wonderful host with whom you can negotiate. And of course, sweet Eva, who politely wagges her tail and cheers up

A wonderful hotel. The room has all the amenities: shower, toilet, double bed, TV, air conditioning, bedside tables and a table, wardrobe. Clean snow-white towels. There is a shared outdoor summer kitchen under the roof.

It's a great place. The rooms are clean, comfortable and modern. A good kitchen is a veranda on the street, you can cook something yourself if necessary, everything is there for this. The friendly host. The guest house has a mountain view. The sea is very close - just walk a little and cross the road. I recommend it!

I lived at Gagra Time in July 2024, I really liked everything! Repair, cleanliness, attitude. They forgot the laptop there, but the responsive owner Temur promptly sent it to TK, for which I thank him very much!
At first, I was surprised at the cost, but this is the price of TK for an excellent package. Temur did not take a penny.

Timur is a very friendly host.
A well-equipped kitchen-terrace.The beach is nearby. Of the nearby cafes, I liked Three barrels the most
You can take a minibus or taxi to the beach on the colonnade, there you can take a gazebo to taste for a day from 700 rubles
The room is equipped with a TV and air conditioning
It's a little cramped inside, of course, and the bathroom smells like sewage

I thought about writing a review for a long time or not.
The hotel is conveniently located, there is no need to go far uphill, everything is accessible. There are moments of drying clothes, you can wash clothes. The air conditioner works well. Questions in WhatsApp, if something is needed, are promptly answered. A funny dog lives in the yard.
Upon check-in, we were put in a very cramped room, smaller than what was stated in the photo and in the description. With a view of the fence of someone's littered yard, with cheerful puppies sometimes running around there, and not with a beautiful view, as indicated))
In the rooms there is one lamp on the ceiling, a dull cold light that "hurts" the eyes (I had to throw a T-shirt over it to make it a little more pleasant).
On the second night, a company of living beetles or cockroaches was found in the bed frame, assembled from wooden flights, which crawled out in the evening.
We were quickly moved to another room, it was already the same size as stated. We were asked to move out of that room as soon as possible, so that, as they said, we could clean up (apparently they decided not to expel the bugs))).
Bed linen or towels have not been changed once, but for some reason it is written in the reviews that they are being changed.
In the first room, the bed linen was normal, in the second it was already stained and in a spool.
I didn't have the strength and desire to say anything about it at night and figure it out.
Timur was not noticed for his special friendliness and hospitality, as they say here😅 But he answered questions if necessary.
In general, of course, it is not the worst place in Gagra. As we know, everything can be "more fun" there.
But the photos are heavily embellished! and reviews too! And this is not the cheapest option for such accommodation.

We had a rest with our family!I liked the guest dimik very much, clean renovation. The sea is about 7 minutes away . Very beautiful places, nature! Next time we will definitely go there again!!!

We were a company , the end of January . We expected gray accommodation and beautiful places from Abkhazia , but we were pleasantly surprised by the guest house - it is more a hotel in terms of service.Nice beautiful renovation. The rooms are spacious. Large kitchen . The sea is 5-7 minutes away . I will definitely go to the same guest house next time.
