The warranty is one year, I handed it over under warranty 1.04.2023, it was sent to Rostov. 28.07. they reported that the documents were not drawn up correctly, so it was returned. 90 days have passed, instead of the maximum 45 days. The seller took a picture of my documents, the frame and engine numbers of the motorcycle, and said that the procedure would take about an hour. An hour later, I went to the Tools info department and another seller told me that there was no lawyer and the documents would not be processed and the motorcycle needed to be stored. Today I called there, decided to clarify the list of documents issued with a motorcycle. It turned out that the PTSD would not be issued, although its availability was indicated on the website.
