Note to all future customers! Everything is very murky with the service company. When they bought the apartment, they presented the KSK from the developer.After 2 years, it turns out that they are not from the developer. Other completely incompetent people come and they are presented as a KSK from the developer. They don't actually do anything. They hire cleaning services for which residents must eventually pay. Everyone knows what kind of fire we had with Barys City last Sunday.So KSK doesn't even get in touch.They barely persuaded the manager of the service company to join the residents' chat. People, think a hundred times before you buy an apartment from our developer. There is no fire alarm in the entrance.Install the smart home yourself.The Smart Home company does not have routers (so you will be without a smart home).The result is A FIRE. It's not safe.I do not recommend it.
