Excellent location near bus and tram stops. Walking distance to the port and metro. The room has everything you need. There is enough storage space. There are a lot of hangers in the closet. They give you slippers. There is a safe and an electric kettle. Tea coffee sugar is replenished every day. There are shower accessories. The bed is large for 2 people, the mattress, the pillows, the blanket are very comfortable, the linen and towels are snow-white. The plumbing is new, the bathroom is clean, the shower is wonderful. We did not use the air conditioner. There is centralized heating, which means it is not cold in winter. And a huge TV with YouTube and a bunch of channels, you can choose what you want.
There is one BUT there is no window in the room. Rather, it is there, but it goes out onto a wall decorated with greenery. There is very little space in the room. To drink tea/coffee in the room, we brought a small table from the hallway. The owner is a very friendly and pleasant person.
Well, there is a very good audibility of the neighbors behind the wall. When they chatted until 2 a.m. they couldn't sleep. Thank God they moved out after 2 nights and we didn't hear the next neighbor.

Good devices. Very close to the desk, where there are restaurants with shops. I had a room with a balcony facing the street with restaurants on the 2nd floor of 1 room. The watering can was leaking in the shower and the water was leaving badly .
