I stayed at this hotel in April 2024. Both the hotel and the staff are excellent. The European level .
The wonderful girl Aigerim, the director of the hotel, welcomed me cordially and personally showed me the rooms.
I liked everything very much.

It's a modern hotel, but it doesn't look like one of the best hotels. There is no closet in the room for clothes to wash, there is a cabinet with shelves and drawers. The TV remote didn't work, the front door wouldn't close from the inside, and you had to lift the door slightly by the handle to close the latch. WiFi is weak, due to the fact that the room is at the end of the corridor, the air conditioner was blowing hot air, I did not try to set it up. The breakfasts are good. The room has an electric kettle, a cup with a saucer and a spoon, and several tea bags. Maybe I came across such a number. In general, it is possible to live, but for such money we could also maintain the condition of the rooms at the proper level.

The rooms are clean. The setting is modern. The first day was settled in a well-cleaned room. Everything is fine, the heat is good, although the water in the shower flowed the color of chocolate for a long time, but this is not a problem, apparently people do not live there so often, only when rocket launches occur. The next day, I had to stay in the city for another night for work.
I returned to the hotel, checked into the room, went in and there was one pillow on the bed and no blanket, called the reception, they said they would bring it now. A girl came and said, who settled you here? Like the room hasn't really been cleaned yet.....
And this is for 12,000 rubles.... Hilton is resting!!!
This is a staff problem!
Everyone should visit this city and see the cosmodrome!!! That's cool!!!
