Excellent and delicious fish from Khorezm. Good roasting, very few bones (the fish should be large). The atmosphere is unusual, it looks more like a celebration hall, a few separate places, fresh herbs and bread. It's a bit of a long wait, but it's understandable, the fish is not fried in advance. So I recommend it to fans of fried fish.
