We were without tickets, decided to come in and got to the last shift at a reduced ticket price of 8 euros. At about 16.40 we went in, asked if there were tickets (although there was a sold out sign at the entrance), we were offered to wait an hour in a separate queue. This queue moved quickly, we wrote down our names and asked everyone who was at this last session to sit down. Then they called for payment, we were pleasantly surprised by the reduced price. The ticket had a clear sunset time of 17.45, and the gallery closed at 7 p.m. The audio guide is like a handset, heavy, costs 5 euros, there is no Russian language. Cappuccino 1.5 euros if you drink standing up. In the lobby, you need to hand over your bags and backpacks, if they are large.

I want to warn you about a fraudulent online ticket gallery sale site galleriaborgheseticket.it The site in the search engines pops up first when you want to buy a ticket online, the site is Italian, the actual address in Rome. I transferred 27 euros per ticket to them a week before the tour, received a confirmation by mail, which must be exchanged at the ticket office on the day of the tour. And the day before the tour, they sent a letter from the website that they could not provide a ticket. The money was not voluntarily returned, then we had to open a dispute on PayPal, after correspondence and demands, the money was returned by the payment system itself under the buyer protection program. I barely got a ticket to the gallery on the official website at the last moment, I recommend using it, or coming to the gallery for the opening, sometimes there are tickets for the last evening session.
