This is the worst store, and specifically, Inna, the manager, is dragging this store to the bottom as an anchor, not a competent specialist at all (I strongly advise you not to contact this specialist)unless, of course, you want to get a headache. And my headache started from the moment the contract was signed. The doors went for 6 months out of the stated 4, ok, they came, they started counting; there is not enough canvas, we are waiting for two more months, although the money was taken in full!!!! We are counting too far, there are not enough locks, sealing rubber bands, platbands and something else. We call this character Inna, to which we do not receive a clear answer when the rest of the components will be available. After a while, everything seemed to be delivered (as it seemed to us). It's time for installation: a specialist comes and starts work and tells us that something is missing again and for this reason he cannot install the doors. A call to the store, they decide to recall this specialist, referring to the fact that he is not such a good specialist and promise to send another team, but when it is not known (they refuse to give the numbers of installers). But the truth is that this Inna is just stalling, because she messed up again and can't figure it out. In short, the nerve and time spent is a lot, but it's of zero use. I will appeal to consumer protection, as I am already tired of such a shortage of specialists. I strongly advise you to avoid this store and this manager Inna. I hope my review will help save the nerves and time of people who plan to order doors in this store.

We ordered an expensive good door with a white box. We paid, waited, and installed it. The color of the door box and the white inner panel are of different shades, which is very striking. They informed the store, they said "different materials paint falls in different ways, so the shades are different." But why didn't they tell me about it before? And yes, after receiving the money, they will no longer speak to you respectfully and with a smile on their lips ... After a while, problems with opening began, I called - they told me to wait for the master. The master called when we were not at home, said that he would not go any other time. This is nonsense. We decided to give up and close our eyes. I do not recommend it!

It's a cool store, there are a lot of shops around the city, but the staff and service are super, they always offer coffee, even considering that I didn't buy anything the first time, I just looked around.
