In March 2020, a wonderful trip to Prague and other European cities was supposed to take place. The payment was one hundred percent for this hotel (250 euros), unfortunately, the pandemic began and the borders were closed! The voucher for the hotel premises was extended until the end of August 2022, we would have been happy to come, but the February events in Ukraine began and the Czech Republic was the first to stop issuing visas! We contacted the hotel with the help of a representative personally and then I wrote letters to e-mail with a detailed justification and providing screenshots and links to sources that we could not leave these 2 years in any way! At the first meeting, Elena K. She offered to return 50 euros and explained that these are our problems! The voucher will not be renewed. At the second meeting, her husband Artyom came out, Elena refused to come out-promised to think about extending the voucher or compensation. But... we received an unsubscribe letter- a certificate until the end of August, or let someone else use it! Then, twice more, with my unsuccessful appeals to the hotel, I received unsubscribe letters by e-mail! Next, I wrote that I would write reviews about the hotel, to which I was told that I was threatening! Although this is my right))). We received another letter waiting for us until the end of August! And silence....so our paid Money was not refunded, although the hotels paid in other European cities and air tickets were converted into vouchers and extended!

I was at this hotel a few years ago, modestly but tastefully, the hotel is clean! During my arrival, Russian-speaking staff (students) were sitting at the reception, if I asked them a question, they were always happy to help. The hotel is located in a residential area of Prague. It takes 10 minutes to get to the center by tram, and it took 20 minutes to walk to the hotel, but to be honest, it's a long way.
Good hotel and staff. Not far from the tram stop. We were late for a day, and did not call, did not warn. After suggestions, we were put in a nice room
Convenient location, very pleased with the price, delicious breakfast. The most important thing is the friendly, calm, Russian-speaking staff. I highly recommend it!
If you check in, grab your slippers, this is the only negative found, but they promised to improve)
A normal hotel to spend the night after walking around Prague. It is located away from the center, but it is convenient to get there. 10 minutes by tram and you are in the city center. Very good audibility of what is happening in the neighboring rooms and the corridor. The room itself is clean, there is everything you need. Breakfast was included in the room rate. There is something to choose, you will not go hungry. The girls at the reception speak Russian and are ready to answer all questions.
The building is historical, interesting, twisted stairs, an old elevator. The location is excellent, the area is quiet, but there is a tram stop in 3 minutes, 10-15 minutes to the center. The breakfasts are quite decent. The only drawback is poor noise insulation, the whole life of the neighbors is audible.
It's very decent for an overnight stay, but it's a pity that Wi-Fi is only on the ground floor, the breakfasts are hearty, the room without a TV and refrigerator, but we didn't even need it, we left from morning until late at night.
The hotel is old (the furniture is worn out, the door handles are shaky, the communications are unreliable), the area near the railway with all the consequences. The staff is disgusting, boorish (except for one girl at the reception) and the entire policy of the hotel is aimed at extracting money from the tourist.
A lot of things in the hotel were done poorly: after taking a shower, the room flooded from below, the manager blamed us for everything, even without assuming their guilt. At the same time, he refused to give his last name and patronymic.
As a result, the fault of the hotel turned out to be an incorrectly installed siphon (loose and on sealant instead of gaskets), but even after a direct question in the forehead, the manager did not apologize and said that we should be grateful to him that something was not hung on us.
In principle, the hotel does not care about reviews, about the comfort of guests, because the hotel's policy is based on quantity, not quality. Don't even think about coming here with the kids. Alone, be ready to pay a lot of money if something in your room breaks down not even through your fault (and this can happen, because the hotel is old and there is already a lot of things broken or on the verge, plus everything is done "just to somehow work", and not reliably)
The staff is Russian-speaking (plus and minus), the room was quite clean despite the "drunk" interior (plus). In general, there is no smell of European service here.
