Before changing the disk, we looked at the price on the website. The disk that was given away cost more than the disk that was taken. As a result, having arrived for a replacement, an employee of 47p said, they asked why such an amount? the answer was "The disk that you want is more expensive", a screenshot from the website of their price was shown, after that he already said the amount of 15p for the replacement. The disc was slipped completely in English. This is not the first time an employee has tried to "make money" from new people. The first time they changed it, they paid for the replacement of two disks 97p of the difference (they did not check the prices of the disks that they gave and took, they already checked at home and realized that they had divorced). I do not recommend this store!
I asked to fix or find out the cause of the malfunction of the playstation 5. Did not respond to the power button.
I talked with the seller and the owner of the store, Yuri. Then they pass it to the master.
As it turned out, the console is beyond repair, as there are no parts. But they did not specifically say which part was broken . They said the repair was in the area of 2000 rubles. But there must be a specific conclusion, right? Is it a processor or a power supply? To which there was no response . They said you need to take a donor and change everything.
Next , they give the console without wires and a joystick and a stand !!! I started to find out , the wires and the joystick were found in some kind of separate package. BUT WITHOUT a network cable!!! To which the seller said that there was no cable . So the cable was not found .
Next, he says to pay 15 rubles . For what? For the diagnosis? Which one raised more questions? ( I didn't find out exactly what was broken ) lost cable , checks were not given , documents were not given ( where is the listing of the set-top box). I hope the insides are in place.
They didn 't apologize for their mistakes . Not responsible people, lost time, money and nerves.
I went to another service , immediately issued a document, checked the package . In another service, they told me, at least they should tell me what went wrong.

We contacted this organization to repair the playstation 4 (it gave an error when loading the disk), looked at it, called a few days later, said that everything was working-you can pick it up. Before leaving, I called back, it turned out that the console stopped working and they took it to the master again...a few days later, they called us again and said that they were ready, like they had cleaned it. We came to pick it up, a young man tried to download the disk in the store-it didn't work, he said that try reinstalling the games, maybe it would go, everything worked for the master. They took 40 rubles for repairs. in fact, no one repaired anything, A SOLID DIVORCE FOR MONEY! Because In the chronology of errors on the console itself, it is clear that the games were loaded and gave an error. NO REPAIRS WERE MADE. As for cleaning the console, after opening it, they found an extra wire, it's good that it's not a sandwich. DECEPTION, I do NOT recommend contacting!
