We were here on 04/16/2023. A girl met us at the entrance and immediately looked at us appraisingly, as if we had come to a Michelin-starred restaurant, and not to a cafe in the shopping center. The waitress served well up to a certain point. We ordered tea. When we were pouring tea into mugs, I found a MIDGE in my cup!!! We immediately called the waitress. She didn't apologize, but said, wait, I'll clean it up now. Then, apparently, the administrator came up to us and said that this usually does not happen with them and said-sorry again. But there was no first apology.... only one mug was taken away, along with the kettle. Although the midge could be in the tea itself and it turns out that the products of its vital activity could remain in the second mug! We thought that this tea would be deducted from the bill, but we didn't do it. The tea was just replaced. We waited for the change for a very long time, about 10-15 minutes. This change was brought to us by another waiter, not the waitress who served us. Although it was clear that the girl was not busy and was going about her business. The food was delicious!
There are huge banners advertising sets that for some reason do not work on weekends, although everything used to be. Advertising booklets are lying at the entrance, while they were sitting, several times people went straight into the hall with them and only there on the spot the waiters say that the promotion is not valid today.

We arrived at the time, at the entrance we were warned that "the waiting time for sushi is Two Hours, everything else is up to 40 minutes." At the same time, out of 20, conditionally, tables, 12 are free. "Are you working hard for delivery?", we ask. Well, who will honestly answer us, "yes, it is more important for us to earn money on delivery than your personal presence in our restaurant." To figure out where to go, to eat sushi, on a Saturday evening, we decided to take a drink. I have long wanted to try an Aperol Spritz, it was not on the menu, there was and is a Campari Spritz, but when I asked the waiter, I heard that of course yes, we do. As a result, we were charged 22 rubles for a cocktail that was not on the menu, with an average cocktail cost of 14 rubles. The waiter who served us should pay special attention to his manner of speech. I don't know, either he communicates this way in life, or he is so arrogant that he allowed himself a simpering and mawkish tone when communicating with me, despite the fact that I am not sitting at a table alone, but with my boyfriend. It is necessary to work out this point with each waiter - otherwise I felt like a guest of some third-rate tavern, where a vulgar lad is rubbing next to me.
After reading mostly positive reviews, I really wanted to hold a date in this place, after yesterday's events that developed in this way, I am unlikely to return.
From all that I have read, I advise the restaurant management to highlight for themselves in bold the moment concerning prioritizing work on weekends - delivery and visitors should receive equal attention from you.
There is one thing that can be done only once - to make a first impression. Gan Bei has failed here.

The horror! We took a set18 today, for 35 rubles. In Dana. The impression is that cooked food was added to the finished cooled dish. Half is hot, half is cold, half of the cabbage is frozen and wooden, the other half is normal, the sushi is tasteless, but the soy sauce was diluted and wasabi was added there, spicy - just a nightmare! The waiter just stood there in silence, like-what did you want! we took it for two with my husband . And the worst thing is, an hour later, both my husband and I started to have a stomach ache! How it all ends is unclear, just a terrible and disgusting attitude and food!

On October 28, I happened to get to Gan Bei in Dana Mall once again, before that "strange events" happened to my orders, and once again I had to face the fact that they treated me as a client in no way. It all started with the fact that we stood for almost 7 minutes waiting for the hostess to come to us, who eventually cleaned our table! Our bill had to be divided into two parts, which we immediately said, but at the end they brought us one general bill, after which the waiter stood and counted the necessary amounts on the calculator to pay. I ordered a portion of a cold drink without alcohol, when the rest of the company ordered the same drink, but with a volume of 1 liter and with alcohol. After accepting the order, the waiter did not bother to ask what kind of devices each of us would eat. After 10 minutes, he comes and puts all the usual cutlery (fork and knife), in this institution I prefer to use chopsticks, and when the turn came to me, I asked to give me chopsticks, to which I received the answer "OK" and a fork with a knife! After a while, the waiter brings drinks, but my order was not there. After another 5-10 minutes, the dishes began to be served when I asked about my cold drink. As a result, the waiter was extremely "surprised" that I ordered a drink, because he thought that I would be the same as the others. I was asked for the sticks again, after which he still brought them to me.
The service is at a low level, waiting for sushi from 1 hour, at the entrance they say that there is a special offer of 3 dishes, the waiter sat down at the table and said that there is no special offer, there is no complete consistency, the staff does not have smiles on their face. I would not recommend this place
It's a disgusting place. They tried to give him a chance three times, but in vain. We were there with friends, we were offered a table by the aisle. When asked if we could sit inside in the hall, they replied that we could not, and that we should generally book a table in advance. And it would be nice if there were a lot of people there - but no, it was the middle of the week and there were few people in the institution. Okay I waited an hour for my dish of raw fish and raw carrots. They explained this by the fact that this dish is prepared by those people who cook rolls, so we have to wait, a big load! Let me remind you - there were not many people in the cafe. You know, it's unpleasant when your friends get hot dishes - soups, rice, noodles, whatever, when they've already eaten them - and you're still waiting for your raw carrots with raw fish. Of the three times in this cafe, it was like this all three times. And maybe I would have turned a blind eye to it by eating their mango pancakes for dessert - because they weren't on the menu 2 times out of three that I was there. In general, I do not recommend the place, there are much nicer places.
Delivery from this restaurant is a living hell.

A very decent cafe. How many times we visit Minsk, we always try to visit it. Of course, there are changes in the menu (there was no favorite dessert of the child), but it should be noted that the taste of the dishes is still at the same level (delicious and there is no deterioration).

One big minus is the food. Miso soup - water with water, 2 tiny mushrooms, algae. Tom yam with chicken is so spicy, it's not easy to eat. Aperol, if you can call it that, is actually something. There is nothing in common with a real aperol. It's just some kind of orange nonsense. Pavlova is not tasty, the price of 15.5 is very expensive for such a dessert. The only good dish is chicken in sweet and sour sauce and chocolate pancakes.

All drinks and cocktails were brought to us without ice, respectively, this is half the volume indicated in the menu, when asked by the administrator about a discount on drinks, the answer was that discounts are only for regular customers... The feed is not simultaneous, 3 people have already eaten, and the 4th one is still waiting! The place leaves much to be desired...
On March 18, my husband and I visited this institution. Day off, full boarding, action sets. After ordering a set, we were guided by the waiter by the waiting time of about 40 minutes. After tasting the dishes, the girls informed the waiter that this was not their order, but, as expected, ours. The waiter took away all the dishes, saying that they would quickly redo everything for us. He brought them in 5 minutes: there were dirty dishes on the plate, the dishes were clearly touched. I swore that this was not the food from the next table, which was redone for us in 5 minutes, which we initially waited for 40m;) After talking with the administrator and installing the cameras, of course, no one redid anything for us. We were told the waiting time for new dishes is 1 hour)) We left a complaint in the book and went hungry. The waiter continues to work, the response to the complaint came to the mailbox, where they assure us that explanations were taken from him and a conversation was held :) And they hope that we will remain their regular guests. At the same time, the institution did not want to smooth over the situation in a complimentary way. So when visiting this place, make sure that your order has been brought to you, and no one has eaten it before;)
