The nurse goes out into the corridor and collects coupons periodically, and she and the specialist doctor decide more correctly when and whom to call. There are no squabbles, swearing, misunderstandings among those waiting.

I applied for an eye injury. I am delighted with the responsiveness of the staff of the city hospital and the efficiency with which they helped me!!!!!
Unfortunately, I did not ask the name of the receptionist who met me. She immediately called Kirill Valeryevich Moroshchenko, a general practitioner on duty. The doctor on duty organized the urgent arrival of Anastasia Sergeevna Movsisyan, an ophthalmologist, to the hospital by ambulance. Thus, I received timely assistance from an ophthalmologist.
I am delighted with the efficiency of doctors – unfortunately, we do not meet this attitude in every hospital. Real devotion to the Hippocratic oath (the oath of the doctor).
I want to say a little about Anastasia Sergeevna. She greeted me in a good mood, despite the fact that she was called from home after hours. The examination was complete (vision check, visually, on the equipment), despite the late time. To my question, "how can I thank her?", I heard the answer: "The greatest joy for me will be if you get better and you will not have problems." Tears welled up in my eyes at that moment – how did we get out of the habit of such sensitivity, responsiveness and kindness....
