1. Coffee has become disgusting, baristas are those who stand "at the checkout", where in fact there is never anyone. In the summer, there was a stalemate when I was once again not refilled with coffee, and then the manager decided to use her example to show how to prepare an espresso tonic. Not only did she violate the technology of making this drink, but I also saw how dirty and unwashed dishes they use. There are lids every other time, there are no holders for hot food at all.
2. The kitchen does not lag behind the coffee part in quality, it is also disgusting. They cook everything around the managers, who walk around ready-made dishes with their hair down, make out, and I don't know what is flying into the dishes for the guests all this time. The products have become very bad, the compositions of the dishes do not match the description on the website, pizzas are just an excellent indicator, the ingredients are not put there, they are all dry. I'll give you three examples: pepperoni pizza, where they sprinkled cheese on top of sausages, baked it and turned out a cool table smazhenka, pizza with pear and brisket, where the pear was disgustingly hard, thick, and pizza 5 cheeses, where you will find one piece of feta cheese, slices of nasty store-bought melted cheese and mayonnaise cheese sauce.
3. Support promises to have a conversation with this cafe every time, but for some reason it doesn't get better. But if the support offers you a free dessert, then Alexandra's manager will obsessively call you during working hours and absolutely not understand that other people may be busy, especially when they tell her in plain text. By the way, the free dessert is a croissant, which was never given to me, but every time after the order they called and asked if I wanted to come back for it right now. No, thanks, I don't need free croissants, alterations of something and other jokes. I need adequate quality food on time, that's it.
After today's incident, I will be awarded 21 burnable points, which I will not spend anymore, because I am not going to return to this place and poison myself with something incomprehensible.
It is a pity that my story with this cafe, which has been going on for a moment since 2014, is ending. I hope that the governing bodies will take over them and bring order to this chaos.
