Due to the advantageous location, there are always a lot of visitors, poor waiters do not have time physically, you have to sit and wait long enough for the menu, and then the order itself; 3. The menu in printed form is not enough even for all the tables one at a time, which is very strange and speaks of the greed or stupidity of the owners, because there are no problems, just print more menus. At the same time, there is an electronic menu through the application, however, it is very poorly developed in terms of optimization (lagging), not intuitive (hard to understand for visitors) + it is impossible to order alcoholic beverages (even cocktails).

In fact, the guys are great - they try to cook quickly, for a cafe cooking 30-50 minutes depends on the number of orders, this is normal, everything is done with a knife and the rolling is manual, not a press.
You can also order delivery from them using the application.
In other cafes, for example, on Suvorov, Lenin or Tolstoy, cooking in the evening is from an hour and boarding is 5 times less.
Be more loyal, you did not come to the white-washed products ready from the showcase, the cook's work is very hard and time-consuming.

We visited the Garage after reading many recommendations and were rather disappointed.
Among the advantages: good cuisine - excellent pizza, very cool borscht, good pancakes and tea, good coffee. The only thing that caused terrible disgust: a dranik burger, completely inedible, and disgusting brisket (it was in this burger, and in some types of pizza, and even in chicken soup). I still didn't understand if the brisket was of such terrible quality, or if the Garage's signature sauce was so disgusting.
The interior is not bad, there are screens everywhere that show very interesting content: from extreme sports to recipes.
What is really bad is the service: no one meets at the entrance, it is unclear where to sit, the waitresses are cornered, there are not enough of them, they work for 12 hours or longer. All this affects the speed of accepting an order and serving dishes, and the attitude towards visitors.
I wouldn't go there a second time.

And some girl with inflated lips answered her at the bar, saying that we have one officer, order through the application! that is, my wife had to demand a waiter, after which the shaggy girl who did not greet us when we came in came up to us. We ordered pizza 43cm and coffee, coffee was asked to be brought immediately. As a result, after a long wait, coffee was brought with pizza, and not before that. And the pizza was brought 32cm. The complete negligence of the waiter that day. That's okay. But on the pitcher there was a lettuce leaf with a piece of earth (peat), it's generally tin. We are not skondalny, and we did not swear. And suddenly they brought us drinks, without ice cream! The drink tasted absolutely disgusting. The ice cream was refused. I wasn't in the mood to wait another 30 minutes for ice cream. The conclusion is that there are isolated cases, the nuances are different, but it was in this cafe that I visited for the second time. And the first time we were also disappointed, since chicken broth with crackers and a milk cocktail were ordered (there was no Slavic bazaar), the broth was brought without crackers, the cocktail was not delicious, as if there was more water than ice cream. I gave two stars only to the waiters for their hard work, it was clear that they were very lacking, and those who worked simply did not have time to serve everyone quickly.

The situation may seem ridiculous, but not when you find yourself in it for an hour. The toilet door snapped shut, which the staff could not open in any way for 50 minutes. The receptionist called (according to her) the owner / hostess of the cafe, to which he said that their man would not arrive today and they needed to cope on their own. In the end, no matter how much they turned this knob, nothing happened, my daughter called the lock picker herself from her phone. He arrived and opened everything in 10 minutes and when we said that the cafe would pay off with him, the administrator reproached them that they were not to blame for anything, because there was a sign on the outside of the door. BUT, I must say right away that the door was open and no one considered the outer part of it, and I will also make a reservation that there was a full landing of the cafe and only 2 booths were working, I am sure that many people went to this one with a sign, but the door snapped on me. Bottom line. they paid the master themselves, of course, through long proceedings, which immediately spoils the reputation of the administrator / director and the cafe as a whole, customer orientation is zero. It's called coping by yourself. I would like to draw the attention of the management to this issue, since the administrator said that this had already happened to this door. I even wanted to close my eyes to the sofas greasy from fingers, the torn menu and its lack of grip, but after such a case, I definitely do not recommend going there.
