Children run and play - this is of course good, but in my opinion in such establishments where they drink and smoke hookah, it is necessary to divide the zones for visitors with and without children; 2. Due to the advantageous location, there are always a lot of visitors, poor waiters do not have time physically, you have to sit and wait long enough for the menu, and then the order itself; 3. The menu in printed form is not enough even for all the tables one at a time, which is very strange and speaks of the greed or stupidity of the owners, because there are no problems, just print more menus. At the same time, there is an electronic menu through the application, however, it is very poorly developed in terms of optimization (lagging), not intuitive (hard to understand for visitors) + it is impossible to order alcoholic beverages (even cocktails).
P.S. The menu on the Internet (in the same application) has not been true for 3 years, it is completely different as the prices in reality.

The meeting staff is either absent or not very hospitable, it is unclear. We really need an administrator who will meet and seat guests, accept payments, and resolve any issues promptly. The service slows down a bit in everything. They didn't understand how to leave a tip if there are no Belarusian rubles.

In fact, the guys are great - they try to cook quickly, for a cafe cooking 30-50 minutes depends on the number of orders, this is normal, everything is done with a knife and the rolling is manual, not a press.
You can also order delivery from them using the application.
In other cafes, for example, on Suvorov, Lenin or Tolstoy, cooking in the evening is from an hour and boarding is 5 times less.
Be more loyal, you did not come to the white-washed products ready from the showcase, the cook's work is very hard and time-consuming.

A simple place, inexpensive dishes, everything is delicious. But there are big problems with the organization of serving dishes and the time of service. If an institution allows itself such a volume of visitors, it is worth thinking about the service. We ordered two soups, two hot ones, two drinks and dessert. The difference in serving was about 30 minutes, the cheesecakes and coffee cooled while waiting for the second soup. At the same time, the tables for two were very small, and a plate of cheesecakes and hot dishes occupied it so much that there was simply nowhere to put the soup, we had to eat the dishes according to serving, and not in order, so that there was simply somewhere to put the next one. There are no complaints about the waiters themselves, rather about the person at the distribution who makes decisions about the order of dishes. If there is one, he needs to be trained, if not, he needs to be hired.
There is also an advertisement on the tables saying "leave a 5* review and get a coffee as a gift." Accordingly, the reviews are hyped, keep in mind.

We stayed with our family in Vitebsk for three days, and on the very first day, according to reviews, we found this place, so we didn't go to other places anymore. A light, relaxed atmosphere. We also used the delivery, everything is great too. Draniki with caviar are divine, baked pancakes are a gastronomic orgasm! I've written down the recipe for pine tea, and I'll reproduce it at home. We visited the Garage after reading many recommendations and were rather disappointed.
Among the advantages: good cuisine - excellent pizza, very cool borscht, good pancakes and tea, good coffee. The only thing that caused terrible disgust: a dranik burger, completely inedible, and disgusting brisket (it was in this burger, and in some types of pizza, and even in chicken soup). I still didn't understand if the brisket was of such terrible quality, or if the Garage's signature sauce was so disgusting.
The interior is not bad, there are screens everywhere that show very interesting content: from extreme sports to recipes.
What is really bad is the service: no one meets at the entrance, it is unclear where to sit, the waitresses are cornered, there are not enough of them, they work for 12 hours or longer. All this affects the speed of accepting an order and serving dishes, and the attitude towards visitors.
I wouldn't go there a second time.

And some girl with inflated lips answered her at the bar, saying that we have one officer, order through the application! that is, my wife had to demand a waiter, after which the shaggy girl who did not greet us when we came in came up to us. We ordered pizza 43cm and coffee, coffee was asked to be brought immediately. As a result, after a long wait, coffee was brought with pizza, and not before that. And the pizza was brought 32cm. The complete negligence of the waiter that day. That's okay. But on the pitcher there was a lettuce leaf with a piece of earth (peat), it's generally tin. We are not skondalny, and we did not swear. When they left, shaggy didn't even say goodbye. In general, the impression was spoiled about the cafe. We were there a month ago, everything was fine. Dramatic changes in a month. I go to this cafe every year. And every time it gets worse and worse. First they brought cold food, then stained glasses, as if they hadn't washed them. Now it's even "better": we were 3-4 weeks ago, they put us in the hall on the 1st floor, asked for a menu, and the trainee waitress told me "You know, you need to look for it, order it in telegram." Of course, the menu was brought in 5 minutes.
While we were choosing what we wanted to order, this waitress came up and said that in an hour and a half this table should be vacated, since it was booked. Fortunately, our dishes were not cooked for long.
The cutlery and glasses were clean, the food was not particularly cold.
While "our waitress" was running around somewhere, another (who is not an intern) saw that we had no napkins on the table and brought them, and then scolded the intern.
By the way, the same intern said that the veranda was fully booked (and there were 5 empty tables, and during the hour of our stay no one sat at these tables). When I brought the drinks, I couldn't even remember what we ordered.
