I arrived with complaints that the battery was running out quickly, the tachometer was not working and the engine was running at high idle, the left window lifter was not working and the right lock was not working from the central lock.
They sorted out the ENTIRE chassis, clutch, etc. Well done! I don't mind, but the initial complaints have not been resolved. I don't mind the money. It's a shame for people. I didn't think there were such things.
The problems at the service station were as follows:
1. Incompetence. It is expressed in the fact that the problems of electrics, tachometer and engine operation have not been solved at all. They said that they could not set the engine speed because the tachometer was not working. It was said that the tachometer was out of order. (then it turned out that it was just not the tachometer itself). According to the discharge of the battery, they sinned against the terminals (as it turned out later, it was not at all about the terminals). Then candles, then something else. But they didn't do anything.
In general, they understand something about running and selling spare parts. They cannot repair and diagnose non-obvious problems. As it turned out, they did not even notice that the idling sensor was turned off (which is why the RPM is not stable)
2. Lies. It is expressed in the fact that they loudly declared that they had solved the problem with the engine (and referred to candles) and with batteries. Two hours after leaving the parking lot, the battery ran out again! The engine was still "screaming".
3. Hack work. The radiator was replaced and the temperature sensor was not connected. They did not even eliminate oil leaks outside. Although the gaskets say they were changed. The timing belt was badly tightened.
4. Deception. At least I saw an attempt to pour me an old antifreeze despite the fact that I bought a new one from them.
The car has been in service for about two months. We waited until they brought this and that...
It feels like they didn't hear about my other complaints at all, then they lied, said they were ready and that this was generally normal behavior for a car. Although I was reminded regularly during the repair, of the initial complaints.
Another lie. They didn't have an electrician of their own, and someone "external" did the work. I paid for everything and asked what would happen if the problem was not solved. They answered me: "Well, what? He'll finish it! He took the money."
After I left the service station and called a day later to say that the battery was still running out, they gave me an electrician's contact and told me to solve it directly.
I call that electrician, I say so and so, either do it in a couple of days or return the money. To which he replied that he had not been paid off.
I'm calling back to the service station to demand a refund for electrical repairs (900 UAH - against the background of the total amount, it was less than 5 percent of what I paid them) and my number is probably already on the blacklist because the call "flies off" after the first ring. On Facebook, my text messages were simply ignored. Funny. For 900 UAH to the blacklist.
As for me, it's terrible! Isn't it?
Sensors are broken, the beam is bent, the battery is discharged to zero, the plastic of the interior is broken, a week of working time is spent, as a result, I took the car and took it to normal competent people.
The director is a boor, he forced me to pay the full cost, despite the damage that was done to my car, threatened with some kind of police outfit, stuffed himself with a price, the workers are incompetent, and then they figure it out and look at the diagrams, they have to go and show what's what. The car hung for a week because they had a lot of workload, in the end the parts did not fit, they found out about it at the last moment, forced the owner to go for the parts, although they themselves lost the silent block, did not let out of the box, demanded full payment, eventually left them without one silent block, without a working ABS and not pumped brakes, the Director called obscene words and promised to burn my car, behaves brazenly because he is a former employee in the authorities.
I highly do not recommend this service station.
