Okay, I gave it away, there are not so many craftsmen in Grodno and not everything is close. A few days pass, they call back and say, come pick it up. I came, I take it away, they say: no money is needed, the master has fixed it. It's nice, though strange. I think maybe it was a little thing for a minute of work, so we decided not to take it out of the kindness of our hearts. Yeah, twice. I brought it home - and it didn't work - it still doesn't work. I call them, the lady on the wire at first convinces them that maybe I'm connecting the wires wrong or something. He asked me not to make an idiot out of me, but rather to explain what kind of work this is. She gave the phone number of the master who did it, saying "well, I didn't do it." That is, she dumped the responsibility from the office. In life, I will go to those figures of hers more and will not advise others.
I told this story to an acquaintance who is engaged in the sale and service of equipment. It turned out that he had exactly the same story with them. I gave the sub away from the home theater, a week later they called that everything was ready, take it away. They didn't take the money either, and it also turned out at home that nothing had been done. Sharashkin's office has no respect for people.

Somehow the problem "appeared" with the Internet, I called tech support, the master was already with me in the morning., It turned out to be his own fault.
The quality of the Internet is terrible. There is no stable connection all the time in the evenings. The TV was originally connected via Wi-Fi, I thought that was the problem, but connecting it directly with a cable did not change anything. Eternal work on the server, it is impossible to do anything at all on weekends. My advice is never to contact this office.

The master was invited to replace the train in the Minsk refrigerator. The next day, the master arrived, the spare part was available (at the ipeshnikov in 1-2 weeks), replaced. Everything is in order. I liked. Next time, only to them, even a receipt was given and a guarantee (true for 2 months), but still. And look for an ipeshnik, whistle with ropes then around the city.
The connection is getting worse and worse every day. A drop in the speed set by the agreement, loss of packets... And at the same time, no one there knows why this is so.
I switched to the guarantor, the price for 100 MB bribed me. In fact, the maximum is 80 over the wire on a weekday morning, according to the most budget routers that they provide, wifi is no more than 30 MB/s. As soon as it's evening, the speed periodically drops to around 0 MB/s. And so on with enviable regularity. I called an employee who was changing the router, checking something. There are no changes, only promises that everything will be OK. I had enough patience for a month. The quality of service provision as an Internet provider is simply terrible. I highly recommend it.
