There are simply no words. Yesterday, I mistakenly sent money to an old Garant Bank card, which has not been accessed for a long time. I called you right away, I thought they would help. But no. "Come to the bank" — that's your whole service. No blocking, no recovery, no SMS change — you don't do anything remotely.
Attention, the question is: what the hell is your online support at all? Are you just sitting there for show to say "come in person"? People are calling because they CAN'T come. Is it difficult to understand?
