In April 2023, everything is OK - the ATM issues money using the mir Tinkoff card. I didn't check the maximum - I took off 3 thousand each. The commission has not been noticed, but it may come later.

VTB Mastercard removed 10k of the commission was not noticed.

A strange bank, there was money on the card, but it gave an error that there were not enough funds. Either a failure, or there is a commission of 100%
